I don?t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to for Adam?s Disaster and Restoration. A pipe burst in my laundry room while I was out of town, and I came home to a nightmare. I called them based on a friend?s recommendation, and I?m so glad I did. Adam himself showed up with his team less than an hour later. They were not only fast, but also incredibly respectful and thorough. They walked me through every step, explained what they were doing, and even helped with the insurance process, which I had no clue about. What really stood out was how much they cared?it didn?t feel like just another job to them. My home is back to normal (actually, better than before), and the stress is finally gone. Adams disaster and Restorations found and removed asbestos from my house. They contained their work area and properly removed the dry wall and all effected building materials in a way that protected my family and I from all of the harmful building materials and poisenous fumes. The entire area was isolated in a thick plastic. These guys were really good and I'd definately use them again.

After our house caught on fire we called Adams disaster and restoration. They came out and took care of everything from communicating with our insurance company to cleaning up and restoring our house back to livable condition. They really did a great job and made things much easier on us throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thank you Adams for all of your help.

The quality of the restoration work was outstanding. They meticulously handled everything from water extraction to mold prevention. The attention to detail was impressive, and it was evident they took pride in their work. My home looks as good as new!

Thanks for Adams for being punctual and showing up on time as promised! They communicated with me on when the guys were showing up and did a great job explaining the demolition process and what I should expect. Moving onto the rebuilding process, it was a long, extensive process my patience ran short because my adjuster took forever. Due to my frustration, the general manager Topaz gave me a courtesy call and reassured me that they are on top of everything, and to not worry. Now everything is rebuilt and it looks wonderful.

My kids electric scooter caught fire in our living room Thank god I was home and used the fire extinguisher to put out the fire before it got to severe. However my house stunk of smoke and electric fire. Adams D and R with fans and humidifiers Ripped out any damage that was caused by that stupid scooter. After they got the smell out. They started to rebuild my place. It took a little bit cause of delays from my insurance company. Once my ins got there stuff together they sent me money it was put back perfectly. I cant thank Adams enough for all their hard work and professionalism.

Fixed my leak Cleaned up the mess made from water damage, tore up carpets and took out wet dry wall. Replaced drywall, and carpet cleaners cleaned my floors. Put back drywall, mudded it and painted to Match perfectly the surrounding walls Everything looked as if nothing had ever been done. Very clean and professional company. Adam's D and R is incredible and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of assistance.

When my kitchen flooded I needed help and they came out right away. They fixed the issue and helped me file the claim with my insurance to make sure I was covered. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends and will keep them in mind for any future issues.

My house had a large water leak from a toilet supply line and Adams D and R came out mitigated all of it. They had the ruined drywall out and framing dried in just a couple of days! On top of that, they had a drywall team out and my house put back together by the end of the week! Excellent service from Josh, Tanner and Morgan! They answered any and all questions I had throughout the process. They do it all, a true one stop shop.

This company is worth 6 stars. Helped me when my garage burned. I was so torn up. Adams showed up and got to work with everything. The whole process went surprisingly smoothly. Dealing with insurance companies is always stressful for me, but Adams dealt with them for me. Before long my garage and the damaged part of my house was back to the way it looked before the fire. Thank you Adams for easing my stress during this chaotic time. I can't thank you enough for all that you guys did. Shane and his crew are outstanding.

They provided a very quote for what was needed. Did not do the work I requested. And told me the estimator did not know it was a beam that I wanted replaced. Find that difficult to believe because I watched him send photos of the damage to the head contractor and heard him quote the cost. They only replaced the molding to the door of the attic. I called them, they sent someone else out to look. I was told by Tanner they would complete the work. Never heard from them again until I called them, only to be informed they can not do the work and we're only billing the deposit provided in the original quote. I was more than willing to work with them in getting an accurate quote. But apparently they are not willing to make it right.

I had Adams come out after my plumber Kevin from Ready Rooter Plumbing solution came out and found my bust cast iron drain line in the wall. Not only did he get the job done right the first time . He got my insurance company to pay back 85% of the job. And Adams came in and got all the work done in a very timely manner. Jase was e perfect worker. And the people in the office was nothing but helpful. Thank you again Adams for everything.

Company is too overloaded with other projects took way too long to get my small bathroom taken care of. Between being assigned a shoddy project manager and sub contractor, I had to call so many times to get my complaints resolved. However, once I was assigned a good project manager things when mostly smoothly and I am really happy with the end result. This company is overloaded with projects but they did make it right whenever there was an issue.

While quick to respond and less expensive than other companies, they seem like a disorganized mess. I was told one flat rate over the phone when scheduling. Then one worker showed up early to try to quote us for more home improvement projects even when nothing but one test was requested. He told us a different price per test. We then received multiple phone calls between the dispatch and service workers all saying different times of arrival. When the actual test tech arrived, it was later than any timeframe provided beforehand. We received a docusign the next day that only showed the correct service in small font above the main, incorrect, title for water mitigation . Once that was signed, an invoice (for water mitigation not the testing we had done) was sent for an amount that did not match any of the numbers given before and during service. We received several phone calls asking to pay for the water mitigation, which again was not the service provided. We were also told that we would get our results within 24 hours and then were told later that it could take up to 72 which was fine, but we never received the results and had to call to get them sent over a week after the testing was complete. All in all, it was a very messy process and mislabeled documents caused discomfort and confusion. We also never spoke to the same person twice.

Avoid at all costs. Once they got insurance payment, I have to track them down to try to get the job finishedâ ¦ conveniently every time I call, the supervisor is in a meeting and doesnâ t return my calls. Work that was done was shoddily put back together. Lousy company, find anyone and theyâ ll be better.

Do not trust them they cut corners and do not do what they are suppose to do and they are not to be trusted when it comes to billing they really are something else cause they tried to bill for $8k more then what they originally billed the first time and cannot justify it now I am in a dispute with them, when someone is down and looking for honest help to trust in a subcontractor and as the homeowner I had other problems I was dealing with and to have to deal with this at the same time was bad I would not recommended them at all.
