"Contacted Masterscapes to repair existing water feature we had installed in our backyard by a landscape contractor when we moved into our home. Both the waterfall and the pond itself continually leaked and the contractor was unable to make repairs. Masterscapes came out and gave me an estimate to either repair or replace. The estimate was detailed with a number of options which made clear they were trying to help us find the right balance between the aesthetics of our home and the size of our wallet. They did explain if I chose repair, they couldn't extend a warranty because they wouldn't be accessing all the previous contractor's plumbing which was perfectly understandable. Ultimately, we chose to start over and have Masterscapes redo the entire water feature. We are so glad we did! It was amazing to watch the worker's attention to every little detail. They did a meticulous job creating a beautiful and natural looking boulder stack for the waterfall, and replaced the old cement pond with a properly constructed one guaranteed not to leak. The final result is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Masterscapes called each of the three days of the project to let us know they were on schedule and when the workers would arrive. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of our property and neighbors. Everywhere material would be on the ground they laid tarps first, and swept and blew off the area afterward. They gave us opportunity for input as the project went along, asking our preferences (such as whether to use river rock in the pond or not). I rated price as a "B" only because it was expensive (and stung a little bit to be paying for something twice, which wasn't Masterscape's fault). The cost also includes a warranty from a reputable local business and that has value. We are very confident we got the quality installation we paid for and couldn't be happier with Masterscapes. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again."

"I called American Discount Plumbing to install a under the sink garbage disposal for me in the kitchen.I called Pavel on Monday and he came over to assess the situation and got an idea of what he had to get in materials etc and he came over Tuesday morning and did my job.A matter of fact he called me and asked me if he could come over a little early and that was really helpful!He got started promptly and took out all the old plumbing and had to install all new plumbing because my plumbing wasn't set up for a garbage disposal.He got it all in and checked for leaks and made sure everything was working properly. He even put in a new drain on the other side for no extra charge! "Mark and Randy Aden were sent to my home to give me an estimate on relocating a roof drain. After looking over the work they let me know that, while they would be happy to do the work, it would be less expensive for me use their subcontractor instead (which is who they would be using anyway for this job). I thanked them for this information and was impressed by their willingness to help me get the job done for less cost. This type of professionalism is becoming more and more uncommon. "I contacted them on Saturday evening. They called back in a couple of hours.They came out by 10 am on mothersday. They vent was right near the power phone and cable lines so they had to wait for the power company to clear the area to dig. That did not happen until Monday morning. They men arrived by 9:15 am and were done by 10:30am. They dug a 5 foot hole that went under the driveway. Then they cut the clogged section out cleared the pipe and repaired the cut. They also ran a camera in both directions to inspect the pipe. I paid by credit card and they were gone. Aside from the ouch of having to pay for something that should not have happened to begin with it was pretty painless. I would recomend them to anyone who needed a plumber. They gave me a $500 discount because I had a home warranty. The warranty did not cover the issue because it was in the line outside the home and the issue was caused by children drop rocks in the line.
