Sean and Jayden were a great team and appear to have a passion for their work. I hired them to replace a failed water heater and they did a professional job, ensuring that everything would satisfy Goodyear's code/permit requirements...they quoted me a price over the phone and were able to come the next morning...everything went just as we agreed and I even got a bit of a discount at the end...these guys were great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again...Lynn W in Pebble Creek.

Great father and son team. Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable about removing and reinstalling a hot water heater. They answered all of my questions. They explained and set the timer on the recirculation pump. Very pleasant attitude, you don't always get that these days. 5 ++stars. My go to for any plumbing issues.

When my water heater eventually quit, they were able to promptly accommodate me with a service appointment scheduled for the following morning. They demonstrated a high level of knowledge and were very informative during the installation process. Highly recommend!

I had my water heater replaced by Sean and Jaden. They were great. I called a couple of times with questions during my research, and their answers were straightforward and professional. When I made the decision to go with Liberty, I called early in the morning, and they were at my house before 11 am. They explained the entire process before starting and wrapped things up by showing me everything I needed to know and asking if I had any questions. The price I received in the estimate is exactly what I paid. There wasn't any up-selling or pressure. One of my deciding factors in going with them were their five-star reviews, and now I can see that they were well deserved. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

I thought they were going to have to change out a bathroom faucet for me because the internal aerator was clogged and I thought it was impossible to get it out. They got it out which saved me big bucks and enabled me to return the replacement I had purchased..

Sean and his team do outstanding work. They were on time, prices were reasonable they know what they are doing. They replaced all the valves, water and gas lines. They also added a Thermal Expansion Tank. Everything was itemized in the estimate and they didn't upsell or add unnecassary charges. If I need future plumbing work, I will call them first. Give them a chance, they will not disappoint.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - HONEST - PROFESSIONAL - WELL EXPERIENCED - FAIR REAL WORLD PRICING - SUPPORTS VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS! I had an issue with the main ball valve to the house - after speaking with the water company - they advised it was my problem. Sad part this house is 5 Years old and built in the Blue Horizon Community - I have been the sole owner and had all these issues - poor quality and craftsmanship. Took Some Pictures for the estimate process. Contact the company where we have monthly service fee AC/Plumbing - requested approximate estimate - they advised could not give estimate requires tech to come out - they came out advised on options both were VERY HIGH (from 2 car payments to an overpriced mortgage payment ), and the tech was justifying the cost of material and processes and replacement of VAC unit the that was not broken - he stated they could go out also.... was not pleased and not convinced the services and age for the house. I advised that I would have to think about this and needed a more trusted feeling about this company. I went to Angi - put out my request and issues - received calls and emails. All advised that they were required to come out and look, would not take the picture, and could not give an estimated range - all required for someone to come out. EXCEPT Liberty Plumbing and Heating LLC (LPH) Sean (Owner) explained the company, experiences, and Certifications (Journeyman). I advised him of my field experiences - Public Safety - Disaster - Military - OSHA Safety and concerns with this whole process of being unable to give an estimate after reviewing the photos. He advised that he could look at photos and come up with an estimate based on my explanation of the problem. In less than 2 minutes - he advised the process of repair and replacement of the Valve and, with no other issues he could see, could fix it. He gave a professional Estimate via QuickBooks. It was an Extremely Fair Estimate - reasonable for a person in his Trade and Experience - Fair to All !!! And VERY HONEST. I told him I was canceling all scheduled request visits, and he was HIRED! In the explanations I gave the others, I found a company that could take the photo - explain the repair process - and offer a fair estimate - along with all the Licenses, Certifications, and Registered Business. Sean and his son Jaden (Apprentice) showed up the next morning as scheduled - professional - detailed oriented - Safe, and demonstrated a wealth of experiences - from WA, CA, NV, and AZ. Again, I can not express enough - their Honesty, Professionalism, and Craftsmanship - my service to the country and public safety (Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS) gave me an edge when I needed to evaluate personal services. I was not taken advantage of and or scammed! I foresee using their services again - recommending them to Veterans and Public Safety Personnel and most of anyone who reads this review! At the end of the repair - he gave a Veterans Discount! I will be canceling my monthly service fee for plumbing - what they offered was not fair and honest. Sean and Team keep up the excellent customer service - Thank You again for taking the Photo Options - You and Jaden have an Excellent Company!!
