Crew leader, Melvin, was a good communicator and checked with me through-out to make sure I was good with how it was going. Ben, the arborist, who came to the house initially, was patient, informative, and it was obvious he cares about the customer. I had three companies out for estimates and evaluation. All three proposals were roughly the same cost, but I was most impressed with Design Tree Maintenance. 12/2019"
