He assessed the problem (broken pipe) which was causing a large puddle, gave us an estimate repair cost and began the work. Within a few minutes , he knocked on the door and reported the parts needed, increased the bid nominally to cover additional part costs due to angle of the pipe and completed all within 45 minutes.
