Not only did they get the painting of the exterior of my home ahead of schedule and faster than expected but they also took time to check with me on anything that wasn't clearly specified in the work order and quickly took care of any touch ups or concerns I had after the original work. Paint colors and application are to the specification laid out and well applied. Small cracks and wear on the original stucco was also patched/repaired prior to painting. Pricing and warranty beat all the competition I could find as well

    Outstanding. I wish all service providers operated like Chris. I needed my main entry door squared up. It didn't latch and did not close securely, i.e., only the dead bolt latched and not smoothly. I also wanted a security door installed. I am familiar with installing doors, remodeling, and general home repair, but am unable to do the things I used to do. Chris did this job right and was easy to talk to when I asked questions about the job. Outstanding. In a matter of a few hours Chris had removed the moldings, re-shimmed the door, and had it operating like a new door. He then installed the security door I had purchased. Every time I walk through that door I get a big grin of satisfaction. Thank you, Chris. You are first on my list for when I need home services

    We had researched and spoke with 4 different window and door companies. The Bayview windows and sliders look great and we have already noticed a savings in our utilities. We were impressed with the professionalism of DunRite, as they were very communicative with us on timetables and set expectations. This was important as we were working from home. Their installers were respectful of the property and did a great job installing the windows, and weeks later when I found that some of the windows were missing some screw cover caps, they sent a crew the very next day to install.     From the time I called for an appointment to finishing the job, everything exceeded my expectations. The professionalism and attention to the customer is the best I have seen in a very long time. They are price competitive, they do what they say they will do. The sales call by Tony was remarkable in that there was no pressure to buy, only that we had our questions answered and what to expect. The installation process was excellent and commend Greg for a job well done. The clean-up, furniture protection, etc. by Benicio. was very good. They moved furniture and covered everything for protection, removed the shades and blinds and reinstalled. The vacuumed, swept, and picked up the construction debris. The owner (Sal) and I had a conversation before installation and he followed up a couple of days after to ensure everything was okay.     Fabulous! Should have done this years ago for many reasons. They were so good from first meeting to review what we were thinking, offer suggestions and then explained entire process.     Mr. Bill Arbuckle came when he said he would, he was professional and kind, and he changed my door's rollers to bigger ones and added a strip of stainless steel to the bottom panel of my sliding door, which was aluminum and was pitted from use. Now my door opens and closes so smoothly I had to put a little sticker on the glass telling everyone not to slam it. Thank you so much for your excellent work

    Bruce did a great job! My mother had a water leak and a couple cabinets needed to built custom. The existing cabinets were decades old but in good condition.     Envision Painting just completed repainting my over 3000 sq. ft. house. The crew included Raul, Rodrigo and, foreman Richard. On the first day a few others were here washing the house and prepping the walls, but I did not get their names. Raul and Rodrigo were such great workers that we barely saw the foreman, but he got all the supplies to them and everything ran like clockwork. Kimberley, in the office, made sure everything ran smoothly on that end. Raul and Rodrigo showed up early every morning and worked, very hard, all day. They completed the job in 4 days.     Chuck and his crew did a fantastic job. He answered our million questions and his responsiveness is a big reason we went with him over another contractor. He was able to steer us to a vendor that could get our specific tile when we were unable to find it ourselves and helped us with the calculations on how much to purchase and he matched it perfectly with the flooring outside the room he did.     I had XLT remodel my master bedroom and bathroom in 2019 so I decided to hire them again recently for my guest room remodel. I have to say that they did an equally fantastic job this time. The work was completed in one day and the quality of work was superb. The tilers put a tarp down where they were cutting tile outside and cleaned up everything afterwards leaving no trace.
