They started the job at the time they said they would. They kept me informed of the progress, what was going to be needed, each next step, and met the completion time they projected. When they were almost done, I found that I had not communicated exactly what I needed and it wasn't done quite the way I had intended. After I was clear on what it was I wanted, without a blink, sour word, or any frustration, they simply went to work to give me what I wanted. The entire mistake was mine for not being clear and yet they were happy to fix what was almost done. All of this and the final bill was exactly what I had been originally quoted. They were always a step ahead. One crew did the tear out, laid irrigation lines and came back to clean up, a crew to lay travertine and a crew to lay the turf. Supervisor oversaw project and designer came out to give me a design. I would hire them again in a minute! Great experience!"
