"We hired Advanced Concrete lifting to do substantial work on our floors and stem wall on our property in Gilbert. The work was done very well - Charles and his company were very communicative, and everything was amazing. A few weeks after our initial repair, we noticed some new, unrelated cracking that appeared in the still bare floors. We were worried because it was a matter of days until our new floors were scheduled for install. Charles went ABOVE and BEYOND any reasonable expectation to make sure everything was fixed before your floors were installed - working through the weekend. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this company for any concrete related projects."

"AZ Foundations solution did a great job repairing our stem wall. We didn t end up needed as much work done as originally estimated, so our balance was adjusted. David who did the repair had excellent customer service and explained everything that he did. My only complaint is we paid our deposit in July and the work wasn t completed until October. They marked the bottom of my house with red dots about 2 inches in diameter showing where the work needed to be done. Other than that we were happy."

His team made all levels flush with each other and then stamped the concrete to look like a wooden floor. "I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."
