He was candid about the timeline and finished in the estimated time. I have worked with contractors on several large and small scale projects and am meticulous and probably hover to the point where I might be in the way. Dustin not only tolerated my behavior but walked me through the material options for reconstruction, worked with my wife and me on our design, and took care of explaining pricing options and time differences between the different products and designs. He promptly responded through text and at any hiccup called me immediately and informed me of my options. There were problems, but they were dealt with quickly and the most surprising element of the job: they left the area pristinely clean

Kirk Development provided not only their own excellent crew, but chose expert sub-contractors for some work, and oversaw the results so that everything was done perfectly and they made sure that I was satisfied. This responsiveness and care took the hassle out of juggling projects with a lot of different people, as overall there was a lot of work carried out over a period of nearly 5 months - and all at what I consider reasonable cost.     All of the workmen involved were courteous, promp and clean. We were aware of some remodel nightmare stories but we did not experience here. The superintendent, Mike did a great job of keeping us informed and keeping the job moving along. Most of all I must say the job site was kept clean and orderly throughout the process.
