After I was clear on what it was I wanted, without a blink, sour word, or any frustration, they simply went to work to give me what I wanted. "Read about Thornton Plumbing on your website and read some of the comments others had written in their reviews. Ratings were high, so I thought I would give them a try. Called the office and was told that a serviceman could be out before noon that very day. I sure was pleased to hear that! So, we scheduled the appointment... and then I waited. And waited... Shortly after noon, I called the office again and was assured that my repairman was finishing up his job and would be arriving soon. Just about an hour later, Neal, one of the owners, arrived to solve my problem. I explained that I needed a new valve for my dishwasher, my garbage disposal quit that morning and I needed the new one installed and also my new dishwasher needed to be installed. He took all this in and in a very professional manner proceeded to do all the work I had requested. I was very impressed with the quality.... Neal went out of his way to be sure everything worked... even had to get an additional part for my dishwasher so it could be installed! He inspected the pipes under the sink to be sure nothing leaked after all the work was completed. He was very thorough and I am happy to say I have found my Plumber! I was a bit leery about some of the comments others left in their reviews regarding lack of communication, not showing up on time..... but you have to know that once they arrive, the quality of service they provide, the professional way the work is performed, and the fun personality of Neal... well, it's worth the wait! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors... and will definitely call them again if I have any other plumbing issues!"
