Jeremy was very nice and explained to me that the unit was so old we would need to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast he was able to get it replaced as I was worried we would be without hot water for a while. "Called various electricians and found no-one willing to do the installation without scaffolding, which would add $325 to the job or a special ladder adding $250 to the  job for just the equipment.  Found White Brothers, who have a perfect size ladder for the installation with no additional charges.  They were courteous, prompt, and professional from start to finish.  Would use again, and plan to for another job after the holidays.  Glad to have found them.
