"We have used Serfco now for&nbsp;2 1/2 years.&nbsp; They did our termite when we first moved here in 2012 and we signed up for a year contract for bug control.&nbsp; They come every 3 months and spray inside and outside for bugs.&nbsp; They will spray extra if needed for a certain type of insect.&nbsp; They have sprayed specifically for spiders, treated outside trees/posts and around the house.&nbsp; They are very quick to respond if you start seeing insects/bugs inbetween scheduled times.&nbsp; They call every 3 months to set up the next appointment time and they show up promptly.&nbsp; Highly recommend <br />show more

"This company has been wonderful.&nbsp; I was scared to death from seeing so many spiders in the house we just moved into.&nbsp; The initial technician was kind, professional and thorough.&nbsp; He followed up with me and determined that the additional service I wanted was the proper course of action, and returned in&nbsp;a few days with a team who thoroughly treated my attic, basement, garage, cracks and crevices, including removing switch-plates and outlets all through the house to treat spiders which could be hiding in the walls.&nbsp; This was a powder treatment, so it got everywhere, but they had explained this in advance so I was able to prepare and protect my things.&nbsp; They also cleaned up&nbsp;some of the mess as they went through.&nbsp; They have followed up twice since the initial treatment, and have answered all my questions and concerns.&nbsp; These folks are so nice, so service oriented, and so generous with their attention - I can't thank them enough except to refer others to them.&nbsp; When you are scared of bugs like I am, having a knowledgeable person answer your questions in a patient and understanding way is a huge benefit.&nbsp; We just moved in, so two small&nbsp;areas could not be treated because they were loaded with boxes.&nbsp; When I expressed concern about this, they&nbsp;even offered to return when we were ready to&nbsp;treat&nbsp;those areas&nbsp;if necessary.&nbsp; I highly recommend this company, and I also want to say that&nbsp;I&nbsp;am very suspicious of the bad rating they got by someone who is&nbsp;bashing them&nbsp;because he apparently&nbsp;didn't read his contract.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;They have done an excellent job for us and we couldn't be happier with them and with the&nbsp;reduction in&nbsp;spiders!&nbsp; <br />show more

"They came out when they said they would , accessed the situation, and told us what they had to do and about how long it would take them, {with animals and such, you cannot be absolutely precise} and how much it would cost. I really don't have any do's and dont's. We had never had this before and we were perfectly comfortable in letting them do what they had to do. After it was done we had to get the attic fogged because bats sometimes carry other pests such as {bedbugs} so we had that done immediately after they finished.show more
