The last unit was a heat pump instead of a regular air conditioner but I allowed them to install the unit since we were told the fan would run when the temperature was below 32 degrees.. Lennox shipped the wrong unit. We were not familiar with a heat pump. The unit fan runs constantly and the installer will not return my phone call."
