We have used Serfco now for 2 1/2 years.  They did our termite when we first moved here in 2012 and we signed up for a year contract for bug control.  They come every 3 months and spray inside and outside for bugs.  They will spray extra if needed for a certain type of insect.  They have sprayed specifically for spiders, treated outside trees/posts and around the house.  They are very quick to respond if you start seeing insects/bugs inbetween scheduled times.  They call every 3 months to set up the next appointment time and they show up promptly.  Highly recommend

Came out and inspected house and two outbuildings for temites. Found that the two outbuildings were infested. Wrote up an estimate, scheculed a treatment date and followed up exactly as promised.

Serviceman arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about the product and service, and was very personable. He took the time to explain what and why he was doing each step. Went over the service contract and explained what their warranty covered, what they would be doing in the future, and what we needed to do to keep the warranty in effect.

Overall we were very pleased with the experience.

Service men have been professional and, more often than not, personable. Cost is competitive but a bit high. My only criticism is that there is not an expectation of having the same person perform the service each three months, although I can understand the scheduling for that is likely problematic. Bottom line: our results have been quite positive; after nine years with the company in our former home, we elected to go with Serfco for treatments for our new one.

You won't find a more professional, thorough team for pest contol needs anywhere. Quality A+ pro's all the way. They show up right on schedule,take time to answer any concerns, clean up after the job is done, are very neat, and very reasonably priced. I'm so glad that we found, and chose Serfco.

I would grade them A for what they have done for us. Quality is good. Everything about them is good and I have used them from a long time. Their price is comparable to everybody else.
