He was very professional in explaining the process for treating the house inside and out as well as the attic. After he was finished spraying and fogging the attic, he asked if it was ok to place bug / spider pads under the beds to make sure that the treatment was successful as well as identify any harmful pests such as a brown recluse.
To date, we have had very few pests enter the house. We plan to have Abram's come back in the fall and service the house / yard again.
All in all, we are very pleased with the service they performed.
He fogged the attic space as well as the crawl space, and sprayed every room inside and the base perimeter outside as well as the eaves.
Cost? $125. That's $125 for a 6,500 s/f home with an upstairs, main floor, basement, attic storage and large crawl space. The best part is they're thorough and no ridiculous contracts or sales pressure. I've had a termite contract with them for the past 6 years or so, and they'd come out yearly for a termite inspection. Typically I'd just leave the door to the crawlspace unlocked and they'd do their thing and leave. I never met them in 6 years. For those 6 years I had a name-brand company doing my pest control. They were fine, but expensive and always pushing the quarterly contract. Ugh.
After today's experience, count me as loyal to Abram's.
