The whole process went extremely well. The sales person Blake was very professional and explained all of our options in great detail. We were given several price options for the size units we needed to cool and heat our Home. After we made the decision, the units were installed quickly and professionally. The installers Efren and Scott showed up on time and worked quickly. They did a great job and represented Airco Company very professionality. last fall i called a different company than air control to come and fix a leak in the central ac unit in my rental. they put more freon in the ac. by this spring, the ac wasn't working again so I call air control. they had installed a new ac in my home and at the time, i thought they would serve me better. They showed up 6/10/19 and put $240.00 worth of freonand dye in my system. they said when the freon leaked out again, the dye would let them know where the problem is. My question at the time was "why didn't you just charge the system up and fix it right then before summer is upon us and you have the time? especially after it had already leaked out?' 18 days later the freon had leaked out again. I called Air Control on a friday at 3:00 (as soon as my renters contacted me) and they said they could have a technician out the next day for an added charge, or schedule me for tuesday of the next week. I said I would pay the additional charge for a Saturday visit. I asked for a contact number for the saturday visit 'just in case', and they said there wasn't one but i would be receiving a call from the technician by the afternoon. they assured me I was on the schedule and would be contacted! Saturday no one called or came. I finally called the weekend air control answering service at 5:00 on saturday and received a call back from a technician telling me that I was not going to be helped, that i hadn't spoken with the office on friday and that i wasn't on the schedule. basically, he told me i was lying about having an appointment. I called Air Control first thing Monday morning. I explained the situation and wanted to know why i was booked for an appointment that couldn't happen. the lady on the end of the phone said that they don't book saturday appointments and I was mistaken.???? After a $240.00 service call 20 days previously when the unit could have been fixed at that time but was not and insinuating that I didn't know what i was talking about as far as a scheduled appointment...well, to say the least, I am not happy and will never do business with this company again.

"When we went out 6/10/19 we found the unit low on freon and added the freon needed and also put in dye so that the leak or leaks could be seen. There were no evident leaks at that time. The only way to have prevented the leaks in the future without knowing where the leaks came from is to replace the evaporator coil and condenser coil which is quite costly. Regarding the Saturday call, we do not show ever receiving a call for from you for service on that Friday afternoon. It is true that we do not schedule calls for the weekend, but we have a technician available for emergency calls on the weekend. The only call for service that we have on file is for the service we did on 6/10/19. Also, it is strange we would have said we could do it Tuesday rather than Monday. That too, is not in line with what we would normally do. If you did indeed call us rather than mistakenly calling another heat and air company, it is all very strange. I am just very sorry that you have had a bad experience associated with our company. We hope the best for you in the future."

Good price, professional, punctual. Even repaired the evaporator coil on the other unit not being replaced for free while they were here (another contractor had bent it causing water to leak into the attic).

Got an appointment for the same afternoon & the driver called to confirm before heading over. Turned out to be a capacitor on the external unit, which he promptly replaced. Ended up being a far easier and less expensive repair than I had feared. I would definitely use them again!

Great ! We had a bit of a mix up from previous work they did, but Air Control is a stand up company and honored my request. Air Control put in my HVAC system with the new build and are the only ones to ever touch my HVAC system. I will use NO other company. They have always been honest and fair. Thank you Air Control.

The tech (Red) showed up on time and quickly found that a switch had blown; we already knew that it probably had something to do with the thermostat which had been knocked loose from the wall. He fixed the problem, replaced the thermostat and we were in business and had cool air once again. I was very impressed with this company.

We have to get it cleaned every year or it won't work, so that's kind of a pain. It seemed like I had to wait to get an appointment. They couldn't get anyone out right away. I had to wait 24 hours.

"We appreciate you using our company for your theating tune-up. Since you had purchased a heating tune-up the unit is only on the inside. Had we been doing the air conditioning he would have checked your outdoor unit. We usually use a check list for the heating tune up and your technician followed the checklist and noted on the invoice some of the extra things he did as well as important items. This was noted on the invoice: He checked the UV light and it was working normal as well as the amps and volts. He cleaned your flame sensor and your induction port. Checked the burners and blower for buildup and the filter. He cycled the heating system and all was working normal."

I had several companies give me estimates and reviews of the work needing to be done. It pays to do your homework and while most homeowners don't know a lot about their heat and air, I was a fast learner. Air Control was professional and prompt. They were patient in answering all my questions so I could determine what work really needed to be done. My upstairs a/c was never good even when it was working. Finally after 6 summers, the outside compressor went out. While one company did come to the same conclusions, they also wanted to change several things that I determined really didn't need to be changed at this time. I think Air Control not only offered me a far better price point, they also talked me through why doing the other work was unnecessary. I am a big proponent in not fixing something that isn't broken. Air Control was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and like I said prompt. My old company finally got back to me after a week and in that time Air Control had already done the work. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
