Totally happy with the people, service and results. They removed 2 squirrels from attic, located where the prior owner's cat was hiding in the rafters. They thoroughly critter proofed the house so nothing gets in. 15 months later, all is well.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough! I had to hire them because the last so called professional business chain pest removal did not remove the animals or fix the roof damage even though they were happy to take my money. The wonderful people at Natural State Wildlife Solutions did a VERY thorough examination of the property and animal damage. They gave me a multi tiered quote and explained the services fully. The prices were reasonable and fair. It was very evident that the care, safety, and protection of the animals was a priority. Everyone in the business knows the laws in our state and strictly enforces them. They were kind, supportive, and incredibly efficient at what they do. This was probably some of the best customer service I have ever received. I felt very well taken care of and so were the animals that I had removed. Top notch quality in every category....there's no reason to call any other company, this is the only one you need.

Very personable. Cares about the animals. So far have caught 5 racoons and two possums. Still have one racoon to go according to the cameras. They transport them to devil's den and release them there. I called a different company first and when asked what they did with them they said they kill them. So I went with Travis. Cudos to you and your company

Natural State Wildlife Solutions was a total answer to our needs. They safely trapped raccoons and opossums on our property. Some of those creatures had become part time squatters in our attic. Natural State removed feces, nailed a type of screening over our gable vents to prevent animal entry, and they repaired and painted damage. They were finished in a timely manner. The quality of their work is A+. Customer service is excellent. Value for the money--they're not charging enough!! I recommend this company for a complete four part service that other companies and individuals seemed able to offer only parts of.

Travis came out on a Sunday; looked at the problem, diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem! He left the project area cleaner than he found it. This is a great company. We were frustrated calling services Iike the city animal control and other pest control companies that refused to do the work or didn t offer the work at all. Finally, found this company that was willing, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Highly recommend for bird removal out vents!

The owner, Travis, was very prompt in sending me an email after I contacted him. He was also very prompt in returning phone calls and getting the required job done. He is also a very nice and caring person. I would hire him again if squirrels decide to take up residence in my attic.

He identified the species of bird that was nesting in my attic before even go up there and catching it with his bare hands! He even put a net over the opening where the bird was getting into the attic.

Excellent Customer Service. Had a Possum under our Utility Shed. Travis showed up only a few hours after calling on a Sunday Afternoon. He was able to remove it and also took the time to answer all of the questions that my kids had about Possums. I hopefully will not need his services again but would call him again if needed.
