Signed a contract for preventative services. My initial experience went great. Signed a contract on the spot since John was super helpful. Another person was suppose to come the next day but never showed up. I canceled the 12 month contract immediately.

Terminix customer service is fantastic!! And they have been great with making sure to answer all of my questions, and take care of what I need. I wish it was a little less expensive, but overall for the service I'm getting, I guess I can't complain that much about price.
