  • Reality Construction LLC
Reality walked us through the selection process and kept us within budget. We presented them with some unique challenges, and they were able to give us a bathroom that was brand new from the studs on out, in an exceptionally reasonable amount of time. I would absolutely hire them again for any new remodeling project

  • Kitchen Saver Inc DBA Savers Kitchen & Bath
Savers Kitchen and Bath recently assisted us in updating our kitchen with new countertops, backsplash, sink, and faucet. In addition, they removed a planning desk and installed a counter height cabinet with drawers and a beverage refrigerator. Since we didn’t replace the cabinets, they did an excellent job matching the stain of the new cabinet with the existing ones. Aaron, our design consultant, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all, patient during our selections. He offered advice, pros and cons, and helped us to feel confident in our decisions. All the professionals who worked in our home did an excellent job, and we especially want to mention Ryan. He was with us through the whole remodel, working carefully and skillfully. His attention to detail was much appreciated, and when design decisions with the tile needed to be made, he offered options and his opinion for the best outcome. Ryan did an excellent job of containing the mess, protecting our carpets and hardwood floors, and his thorough clean up at the end of each day was so appreciated. He was such a pleasant young man to have in our home each day! We would highly recommend Savers Kitchen and Bath

  • Premier Asset Management and Maintenance
Dan, owner of Premier Asset Management and Maintenance LLC (PAMM, LLC), does quality work and does it exactly when he says he will. We had seen that in the past with several projects that he had done for us. Because we have so much confidence in him, we asked him to completely remodel our kitchen. When we requested a few additions to the project, Dan said “We can work with that”. When the countertop measurer pushed his own schedule, Dan said “We are going to make that happen”. Communication with Dan's office is easy. Things are going smoothly and I am looking forward to posting photos of the job when finished

Excellent. 3 1/2 hours of hard steady work and exquisite attention to detail. New Shower install was carefully assembled and adjusted, as needed, that resulted in a flawless modern quality plumbing fixture. Only high quality parts were used. And the plumber CHRIS D. was just the right tradesman that orchestrated the right amount of attention to detail and pride in workmanship to complete and embellish the saying " A Job Well Done". 100% Completely Satisfied! Thank You

This is the 3rd time we have used exact remodeling and we're very happy with the quality workmanship and outstanding overall professional from start to finish. If we ever need a remodeling project in the future this is the place I will be calling. We have received numerous compliments on our kitchen from everyone that's seen the finished product

  • Reality Construction LLC
Total bathroom rehab to update 50's main bathroom of my son's home. Job well done. Mike was well organized and communicated well along the way. My son liked that Gina had a computer program that gave an idea of what the end product will look like. He also liked that they take you "shopping" for material that's within your budget. We liked that they used a title company to hold and pay out funds throughout the duration of the project

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
