I had a new top mounted sink and faucet installed. Replacing an older one. Very professional. Prepped the space with drop cloths. Outlined the work. Then completed with cleaning and vacuuming the space. I would recommend them.

This was my first time working with Jim, and the entire process from my initial contact with him for a quote to completion of the job was worry-free. He was great when it came to timely communication and accommodated my request for work to be done at a time that I was off work and could be available. He did a beautiful job on installation of my faucet and water filter, and answered my many questions about other plumbing related issues in a friendly and thorough way. We needed some emergency services back in December of 2018 and Jim was the only plumber willing to listen and work with us during a busy time, he was very professional and committed to help us, we had to do some repairs in a home sale and had a deadline of about 2 weeks to get the work done. Even that Jim was really busy just as every other plumber in the area he managed to get us in to his busy schedule and even work half a day in new years evening. He did all the repairs, install a dishwasher and provided us a certified inspection for the home sale and even came to our new home for other repairs we needed and he even gave us advice on how to save money with all services we needed. If you are looking for a honest, professional plumber then Jim is the right person for your job. I definitely recommend Jim and will hire him again. Stan (Wauwatosa).

Jim was prompt and professional. A great plumber with a built-in torque wrench in his arm, so he always tightens properly. His plumbing truck is to die for, with most replacement parts aboard, so he does not have to run around to buy parts.

I've had Jim do work for me a couple times now. He is a pleasure to work with. Very professional, friendly, helpful, courteous, hard working and straight-forward. He's always been very reasonable in his pricing and tries to work with you, help you get what you need, doesn't try to get you to do more than you need. This was the first time I met his brother, Bob. Who came out with him to help. They definitely both appear to be cut from the same cloth.
