Jim , Integrity plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet( I purchased faucet from Home Depot) Charged me $200. To put it in. After work was done he tells me ? there?s a cartridge in the handle ? showed me the screw to take apart and get cartridge out. He then said? the company Moen would send you a new Cartridge for Free? So I Feel I just spent $350. Unnecessarily. Like I got ripped off. Maybe because I?m alone, Senior .

I hired Jim from Integrity Plumbing, LLC to fix a cracked nut in my basement that led to the outdoor faucet. Jim arrived with over 25 years of experience or more and he fixed the issue. He was very punctual, the work was awesome and to code and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct even correcting previous Plumber work. We called about a failed garbage disposal - Jim replied extremely quickly and arrived early that afternoon. Professionally, did not try to sell us on a replacement and instead gave us other options. Jim also noticed and fixed a problem with the undersink pipe configuration that was to blame for some sink backups. Jim is an AMAZING plumber. We needed a new electric water heater installed. When I reached out to Jim he promptly replied with a very reasonable priced estimate. On the day of the job he showed up 10 minutes early to our job and quickly completed it. Further, he's the type of person you feel good about having in your house. He was able to complete the job at the original estimate. I've had a lot of different plumbers in my house--Jim is definitely the one I will be calling back. I was impressed by Jim's prompt replies to my texts and questions. That kind of customer service is always important and very welcomed . Jim took the time to explain the process and use of materials. I had a new top mounted sink and faucet installed. Replacing an older one. Very professional. Prepped the space with drop cloths. Outlined the work. Then completed with cleaning and vacuuming the space. I would recommend them.
