We honored your request for a service call and sent our technician out to the residence to provide onsite support for the issue that your residents were experiencing with the thermostat. The thermostat was locked out, and our technician spent 1hr and 12mins working directly with the support team at Honeywell to fix this issue. Due to the fact that the issue with the thermostat was not related to an error with the installation or manufacturing defect, this was not a warrantable service call. This was a service call to troubleshoot and reset the thermostat which our technician did complete. Mr. Holland'[Member Information Removed] did fully refund you for the cost of that service call to attempt to restore your faith in us and do our best to provide you with a good customer experience. We also have responded to your emails and left voicemail messages for you from our client relations team. We would like to fully resolve this matter for you.
