Kevin was a lifesaver. He arrived quickly for my kitchen sink installation. He diagnosed the issue accurately and fixed it with impressive skill. Normally average plumbers aren’t involved in cutting countertops because this requires a specialized granite fabricator or a skilled countertop contractor but like I said he is a walking technical encyclopedia very talented a technologist very proficient. Ask no one else but Kevin. My countertop needed cutting to fit in the new sink and he did it blindfolded professionally without batting an eye. He was polite explained everything clearly in detail and even cleaned the work area. It was a six hour job but he did it in three hours that alone explains speed and efficiency. He has advanced knowledge I think he might be a mechanical engineer. The rates were really good no monkey business shenanigan stuff. It was all about speed and efficiency professionalism at its utmost level. Go Kevin.

This is the second time that we used Milestone Plumbing Inc. Alex did both jobs. In the most recent job, Alex put in a new kitchen faucet; a toilet flushing mechanism was changed. Alex is the consummate professional plumber. I highly recommend Alex and Milestone for your plumbing needs.

Milestone was fabulous from the very beginning! I emailed for information and they allowed me to email photos of what I needed done in order to give an estimate via email. This saved a lot of time to be able to do it this way. They quickly made an appointment and the plumber was right on time. The main thing we needed done was to replace the utility sink and faucet due to a leaking faucet. The plumber, Adam, was amazing and actually went above and beyond (with our permission first of course) to rework my basement laundry area to make it so much more efficient and useable. My washer and dryer used to be across the room from each other and he took the time to reroute some pipes and get my dryer next to the washer with the doors facing the right way! He also made it so the washer empties right into the plumbing system instead of into the utility sink which is also super convenient and less messy. I was astonished when I got home on how good it looked compared to before. Thanks for the amazing service and for thinking outside of the box to improve my basement. I totally recommend Milestone above any other plumber we have used in the past!

Cannot recommend Jessie and Milestone enough. The owner, Jessie, came on time and spent over an hour looking at my plans, providing recommendations (both expensive and ones that could save money if I desired). She thoroughly explained everything, which allowed me to make an informed decision. When the time came for the work, the plumbers showed up on time and did quality work. One great example is that the guy called me at work while he was installing the shower base and told me he noticed a crack and asked if I wanted him to continue or leave it and get a new one. I came right home to inspect it and went and got a new one. The crack was such that he could have just installed it and I wouldn't have known, but he took the time to tell me about it, even though it delayed him a couple of hours (which they didn't charge me for). In short, Milestone is knowledgeable, efficient and does great work. Have used them again on an unrelated plumbing project and will continue to do so.

Plumbers did a great job, providing Quality Hardware and prompt service. Another plumber wouldn't even touch the job, stated that they would have to literally rip out the entire wall. Milestone was able to do it without damaging the tile work.

I cannot speak enough about my wonderful experience with Milestone Plumbing. From the phone call about scheduling and pricing to the plumber finishing the project. Charlie (plumber) was incredible with his skills and communication every step of the way. Milestone Plumbing is the answer if you ever have hesitated calling any plumber, or contractor due to be taken for a ride or poor service.

The company was very responsive to getting the work scheduled and completed. I asked for the angie's list advertised discount, and they did honor it after I persisted. I wonder if that influenced the way the work was billed, but I am hopeful that it was all done honestly.

Right from the start, Jess was open and honest about what needed to be done, how much we could expect to pay. She told us the estimate could be higher than others, but they wanted to be thorough and make sure it was all done right. We are very happy with the results! From start to finish, Jess and her staff were professional and friendly. All the work was done in a timely manner and surpassed our expectations.

Hired Milestone Plumbing to install a valve on the gas line to our stove.  
When they arrived, we added a check of the gas line to the dryer and the replacement of a joint at the water heater to the job.
Milestone didn't miss a beat with these extra tasks.
They did everything we asked. 
Because we were interested, they explained why and how things were done.
In two instances they installed proper offsets that took strain off of important joints. 
(Previous plumbers had just pulled the pipe over and made the connection.)
They are professional and diligent.
Part of the work included re-lighting the furnace pilot light. 
That all went well but later in the day we noticed that the furnace was not turning on when needed.
Milestone came back at 8pm during an ice storm and stayed until 10pm coaxing an ancient furnace to life again. 
There was no charge for this second visit! 
Also during this second visit they tracked down a small gas leak on the used stove that we had just hooked up.

We were impressed by their professionalism.

This free-of-charge service was definitely above and beyond what is expected and homeowners should not hire them expecting them to work for free.

Milestone was recommended to us by a home inspector. They showed up to replace fixtures on time and determined they needed new parts. Un fortunately Kohler back ordered every thing we needed. They explained this could happen with Kohler and let us know it might be a while before the parts arrived. They had the parts sent to our house so we would know when they got there. In the meantime they came to our new house and ran a gas line for a dryer. While adding that line the plumber (wish I could remember his name) set up our service so gas could be run to a hot water heater and stove in the future. He was neat, personable and friendly. When he was done everything  was cleaned up and ready to go.
When the parts from Kohler did not show up as planned and I could not find a human to talk to at Kohler, Milestone called them to find out what the hold up was. The parts showed up within days. That work was done by the same plumber in the same efficient manner as the other job.
I will not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to others. Of all the companies that we have called on during our move they have been one of the best.
 

We called Milestone after our pipes had burst in the house due to freezing.  The plumber arrived quickly, made an assessment of the situation, and identified the cause(s) of the leaks.  He was careful and precise in order to minimize the amount of damage to walls, ceiling, etc which made the subsequent repairs and mitigations go quickly.

I've called them on several occasions to fix things that go wrong plumbing wise in our home.  They have always been a pleasure on the phone, and their employees are friendly, nice and professional. Their number was given to us by the previous owners of our house, and they are the first people I call with any plumbing need

We've used them before. I had great experiences with them both times. I've referred other people to them. What makes me the happiest is that they reach out to me after normal business hours, to make sure that what we had as an issue wasn't urgent. They were willing to come out that day after regular business hours if it was an emergency. I liked that they called me after hours to make sure everything was okay. They were also inexpensive.

Every job we have had Milestone do (improvement on faucets, installation of a new toilet, installation of a new Instant hot water faucet) has been perfect. We have never had any issues with the work they performed. Jessie always makes it a point to check after the work is done to make sure everything is functioning well. We've never had any issues, but even if we did, I know we are in good hands with Milestone Plumbing.
