I am a professional business owner who values honesty and integrity and treats your property as if it were my own. I offer a variety of lawn care services that are customizable to each individual project. I pride myself on the quality of my work, as well as, my commitment to outstanding results. I look forward to building lasting relationships with my clients and guarantee your satisfaction.

"We called and booked this company for snow removal. Told me paying thru Angi made things ?more difficult because they pay to advertise and get hit with fees for doing work?. I was not thrilled with this comment but it was getting late in the afternoon with freezing weather and more snow possible. Between a rock and and hard ice ball for sure. Live and learn. He comes rolling up 25 minutes late in a large truck with a white bobcat type tractor on the trailer for 6 inches (max) of snow to be removed on a double car garage. (Two single unit doors). I told him specifically I had an appointment (cardiology follow up) at certain time. I usually never leave workers alone to do the work for the very reason of Wed hat happened. Not only was he late, He left over 10 blade marks on the driveway, which were unable to be removed with power washing this summer. On the north door he plowed through the garage door?s metal facing & into the wood frame of the house. It was ?repaired? (covered to not notice it just by a quick peek by the metal being turned back into placement) but the wood gouge wasn?t going away. The southern door was also bumped with the blade?s tooth but left only a small dent. Only when outside looking at the garage would someone notice the damage. It wasn?t there before and weirdly fit a bobcat tooth, I didn?t see the damage when I paid thru Venmo, He never said anything about damaging the facings of the garages or driveway.. Iit still hasn?t been repaired because it?s too small of a job (even with the garage pros). He showed up late , left our home damaged, and took $50 off the $200 charge (because it only took 15 minutes). Unbeknownst to us about the damage, which is going to cost way more than $50 to replace. I marked both facings at snow level and the damages were at those exact heights. Asked about the mark.. Didn?t exactly deny but never responded afterward to any texts. I watched him remove 3 buckets of snow on the lower driveway, very quickly and somewhat recklessly. I talked to him before I had to leave. I warned him not the get too close with the cat blade to the garage because the snow wasn?t close to the garage. Added to be careful and to slow down. He said I was just working my way up to the highest snow before the sun dropped begins the houses. Late afternoon winter appointment leaves early sunsets but he had plenty of time to do the work before it was even dusk. FYI, he mentioned his company wasn?t doing small landscaping anymore and focusing on major jobs now. Precise? Not exactly precise or honest. Would not hire the company again. Would rather have the heart attack that started when shoveling two shovels worth than to hire this company for anything again."

What’s more, you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with our lifetime warranty and our industry-unique money-back guarantee!

"Donâ t believe everything they tell you about their system. We hired this company because during heavy rains (4inches or more), our basement tended to flood. We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."

At Crawl Space Jam, we will not upsell you services your home does not need. We see our competitors regularly overselling and overcharging customers. In five years, we will be the largest crawl space service company in Greensboro by offering customers only what they need, done right, with elite communication along the way. Encapsulation protects your home's value and structural integrity, protects against pests, and improves your home's energy efficiency. Additionally, we install crawl space drainage and sump pump systems, and top-quality foam board insulation. We believe what we do betters our community, and crawl space solve problems that maximize the value of your home.

"I had the pleasure of working with Crawl Space Jams, and I can't recommend them highly enough! I had some some mold issues in my crawl space, and my floors were shifting/walls were cracking as the house settled due to seasonal changes. After researching several companies, I decided to go with Crawl Space Jams, and it was absolutely the right choice. Chris was incredibly attentive to our needs and provided a tailored solution that offered great value for our home. The encapsulation system they installed has made a world of difference. The temperature and humidity levels in the crawl space are now consistently regulated, which has resulted in fresher air under the house. Not only are the floors warmer during the winter months, but there’s haven’t been any stress cracks in our walls since! Additionally, we installed the Thermal-Star foam insulation board, which added R-13 insulation along the outer perimeter, which has reduced our energy bill month to month. We highly recommend CSJ!"

FAQs for masonry work projects in Greensboro, NC

Masonry uses units like bricks, cement blocks, and stone with mortar between them. Mortar is generally made of sand and a type of cement. Examples of masonry include the brick or stone on a house, chimney, or freestanding wall. Concrete is a mixture of water, sand, stone aggregate, and other materials, and is poured into forms or moldings. Types of concrete applications include driveways, garage and basement floors, and poured concrete walls in basements and crawl spaces.

The cost of masonry work varies widely depending on the type of masonry along with common cost factors like size, complexity, location, and season. Most exterior masonry work done in freezing temperatures tends to cost more because of the preparation and protection involved to keep the masonry from freezing before the mortar cures properly. The average price ranges per project or square foot for different types of masonry include:

  • Brick wall (fence, garden wall, etc.): $10–$45 per square foot

  • Natural stone wall: $40–$110 per square foot

  • Manufactured stone veneer: $20–$40 per square foot

  • Brick home exterior: $10–$30 per square foot

  • Brick siding: $3–$10 per square foot

  • Stone siding: $35–$50 per square foot

  • Brick step replacement: $20–$30 per square foot

  • Brick wall repair: $20–$40 per square foot

  • Chimney repairs: $160–$750 per project

  • Tuckpointing: $5–$25 per square foot

A mason lays brick or stone together, sometimes with mortar in between the bricks and stones, and sometimes without mortar, also called a dry-stack or surface bonding. Examples of work masons do include:

  • Brick, stone, or cement block houses and buildings

  • Freestanding stone or brick walls

  • Chimneys with wood-burning fireplaces

  • Cement block basement or crawl space walls

Masonry work tends to be more expensive because the materials can be costly, such as natural stone and brick. Masonry is also very labor intensive, typically making up 50% or more of the final project cost. In addition, quality masonry work requires years of training and experience, as with any skilled trade.

Two types of masonry are veneer masonry and solid masonry. Veneer masonry is thin brick or stone material attached to the face of a building. With veneer masonry, the walls support the weight of the masonry products rather than the masonry being built on a concrete footing. Solid masonry is a wall or other brick or stone structure built on a concrete footing, and the masonry supports itself.
