Rapid response. Done quickly and clean. Very courteous. Let instruction manual by the water heater but it got wet. Should have given the manual to me as well as written the make and model number on the receipt as well as the instruction manual.

"This job has been completed since the day we went on original call to replace the shower valve stem. The technician left the cold side stem with the owner for future repair if needed (at no additional cost to the owner).The job was only for the hot stem replacement. Management , High Point Plumbing Services Inc."

High Point Plumbing did a wonderful job installing a new water main for me. They were timely and very cost effective for me. I priced the project with another company for the exact same materials and job, and High Point Plumbing had a much better rate. The HomeAdvisor process was simple and easy to use. I posted the job on a Firday night around 730-8pm and James called me within 15 minutes. He gave me pricing estimates on the phone and then scheduled a time on that Monday to come and firm everything up. He then completed most of the job on the next Friday in one day. He had to come back today to add the shut off valve and adjust the pressure. He is very professional and very explanatory of everything he is doing. I will be calling him in the future for any other plumbing needs for my family.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
They charged us $687.00 to replace a warranty part that we paid to have delivered. We could have put in a new water heater for half that! These guys are crooks! They took advantage of us needing hot water ASAP for our renters.

"High Point Plumbing Services Inc. is sorry that you have this perception of our company. However we would like to clear up a few concerns we have with this review. First, our technician came to the job when scheduled. Next the technician diagnosed the issue. The technician then quoted the scope of work and cost up front. Only upon the approval from the owner did the technician go to work. Upon completing the installation of the provided gas valve it was obvious that the owner provided the wrong parts. Our technician then contacted the manufacturer and ordered the correct valve needed. Our technician then scheduled another appointment for the final work."
