"Jesse Moore and his team are frankly amazing. I wish they did more than build patios and related work as I would hire them for everything. Quality people do quality work and are willing to adjust to meet the needs of the homeowner. This is the 3rd time I have personally used Moore Brothers for a patio. Each experience is better than the prior. We always seem to run into something unexpected. That is part of the process with large projects like a patio. What I always appreciate is their "we are here to make the customer happy" approach. This project was no different, and they made me more than happy. They communicate, they show up when they say, and they deliver a quality product with smiles on their faces. Finally, I trust that team at my home - even when I cannot be present. I did not get a good feeling from the conversation. Estimate was TRIPLE what others were. I will not consider them again."

"There aren’t enough characters here for me to express the utter joy I experienced in working with Ramos Timber. Jorge Ramos and his crew went above and beyond for my renovation project in every way. I hired Ramos Timber for a full remodel of my family home. The home had not been updated since the mid 1970s. I planned to convert my home into an investment property so it remains in my family. My grandmother and aunt purchased this home when I was an infant. The home contains many beautiful memories that we’ve passed along to our children through years of family visits, dinners and holidays. Needless to say, this renovation project was not only near and dear to my heart, it was also imperative that my contractors completed the project in a timely manner as the home would be rented to tenants after completion. Jorge Ramos with Ramos Timber came highly recommend from multiple clients that had used him for various home renovations and projects. Jorge and his Project Manager, Teresa, were invaluable in helping me make decisions that balanced both style and stay within my budget. Their expertise made the process much easier. The on-site team—Ian, Josh, and Joe—were professional, respectful, and highly skilled. Their subcontractors were incredibly courteous, punctual, efficient and thoughtful in how they left the job site (very clean and tidy). Jorge and his team were always communicative; responsive and checking in with me every step of the way. Both Jorge and Teresa went above and beyond to address any small issues with solutions and options. This gave me a lot of confidence and assurance throughout the project. In addition, Ramos Timber uses the software program, BuilderTrend. This allows clients to track progress, view updated pictures, pay invoices and archive important documents. Ramos Timber beautifully transformed my 1970s family home into the stunning, modern home I had envisioned. I attached before and after pictures. They are true artists! Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, customer service and overall integrity are unmatched. I highly recommend Ramos Timber and will definitely be using Jorge Ramos and his team for future projects!"

"Do not work with this crew. Ron Miller is extremely unprofessional. He lacks communication (as with another poster on google, there was no heads up when they’d be starting work, they just showed up one day). We were in no rush to have the work completed, but the guys brought in a bobcat to dig the hole for a retaining wall (they said it was too hot to do by hand and that they had too many jobs, so they wanted to go fast). In that process they uprooted three trees (a young hibiscus, and two large arborvitae’s that had only been planted the year before). They also tore up our grass and our neighbors grass. We asked Ron to come out to review what the guys had done and he was full of excuses about being too busy and was very emotional. We only asked that they cover the cost of replacing the trees should they die. The next day one of the crew (Fuji) accosted my wife while she was home alone about the “complaints”. She was very scared by his erratic behavior. Ron was called about this, and said that the man had just come from court and so was probably just stressed. We ended up walking away, paid for all materials, and got another local crew to complete the project. They charged 25% of what Ron Miller was charging us. I’ve never worked with people like this in the past, and hope to never have to again."
