Best patio pros near Columbus, OH

"I met with the owner, Mark Yates, to discuss our options. He was very considerate and I never felt pressured to do more than we could afford. As it turned out, we replaced the screens, added a better functioning door with a kitty door for our cat. That was an added feature I didn't think of but was grateful for the suggestion. Patio Room Factory worked within our budget. Mark would check back from time to time to see how we are getting along. We love our porch, and it has become an extension of our living room. Thank you Patio Room Factory."

"We had a very long retaining wall installed. They removed the old rock wall. The work was done carefully and safely. The finished project is beautiful. I highly recommend Southern Grove Landscaping. I tried to include before and after pic."

"Jim and Mark have created a great company that has been in business for over 30 years. Patio Room Factory (PRF) offers sunrooms and decks that are made from the finest materials. They have cut out the middleman and deal directly with manufacturers and quality suppliers. This allows PRF to offer high quality sunrooms and decks at a reasonable price. The Patio Room Factory offers creative solutions and delivers a high quality product. PRF developed and submitted all plans to the county and home owners association, secured the necessary permits from the county, and obtained all approvals from the inspectors. The PRF crew prides themselves on doing the job right! They sweat the details and it shows in their work. Their goal is to satisfy the customer and exceed expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Patio Room Factory for your project. I contracted with PRF to modify my existing deck and convert it into a combination sunroom and deck."

"Repair Paver Patio and Replace and Repair Paver Stairs"

"Excellent! We needed exert guidance. After a site visit, (where our concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus were respected), our thoughts and preferences were obtained. A few weeks later, the resulting design was trendy yet classic. Via a video call Ron thoroughly and patiently explained the concept, accepting our input, answering questions and making changes. The installation team was professional, polite and helpful. Over the several days they were working, they made changes on the fly based on how things looked at that time. The results are spectacular. Highly recommend this company!"

"They made my ugly duckling yard into a beautiful swan. They worked hard getting out rocks and dead plants. They came up with a beautiful arrangement of perennials. They did everything with excellence. They put concrete under the border wall. They broke up an old concrete patio and repoured it correctly with good stones and rebar. It all looks so beautiful and was done with integrity. They were very polite."

"They knocked out a really nice paver patio in 3 days. I was a little nervous since I didn't see any photos of their previous work but Adam ensured me that he had been doing this type of work for 20 years and that I would not be disappointed. He was right. We now have a very nice outdoor seating area."

"I needed reliable, affordable help the day of with moving a couple of appliances and misc items. It was a relief to hear back from Tanzillo almost instantly that morning so I could stop looking and move on to plan and prepare. Every part of the move was friendly and professional. Next time I need help with a project, they ll be my first stop."

"Great! Juan was quick to respond and came right out as soon as the snow melted. He gave me a quote and started the job moments later. He was very polite and they did a fantastic job getting all the fall leaves picked up, especially since they were matted to the ground after months of seasonal changes. His price was very reasonable and I appreciate him coming out!"

"I had a new patio installed. Royal was prompt in answering any questions I had and was professional in explaining how they would do the project. They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. The price quoted was what I was expecting. The patio looks great and I would definitely use them again."
