Sam and the Twinscapes crew was absolutely phenomenal. I originally got multiple quotes but went with Sam because his portfolio was by far the best and he was surprisingly also the cheapest of any of the quotes I had gotten. What I wanted was very specific and Sam provided some excellent ideas/suggestions without being pushy. He was laid back and patient. He came out to the house a few times prior to starting to help me map out exactly what I wanted and where it would go. We have had our patio for over a year and it turned out way better than we could have ever imagined. The crew was friendly and did not tear up our yard and the entire project was done in 3 days. Everyone in our neighborhood was so impressed with the job Sam and the Twinscapes team did and have also hired Sam. He is kind, professional, hardworking, and fair. I would suggest them to anyone. Sam and the Twinscapes team are beyond fantastic!

It is absolutely beautiful. It transformed the entire backyard. They installed late fall and returned to seal the area. We used them a few times at our prior home doing landscaping. It was beautiful so we continue to trust their work and reliability.

The result was excellent. When I first called Twinscapes, the owner explained that they were very busy, and we would have to wait until previous commitments had been fulfilled. They were able to come within an acceptable timeframe. Sam and his crew cut the penetrating wisteria roots and reset all the crooked pavers. They power washed the patio. They had previously moved the patio furniture, a potting cabinet, a large number of pots, and our large grill to allow them access. After the patio was cleaned, they applied a high quality polymeric sand and then a sealing coat. The patio looks as good as new. They returned after the sealer had dried and moved all the furniture and other items back on the patio. We are very pleased with the result.

Excellent Sam McDowwell is the owner and he worked right along his crew. There were a total of six men and they finished the Job. Cleaned up their mess and they brought their water in coolers . Very clear professional crew.

This company is excellent. Sam McDowell is very professional and considerate to his customers. My questions by phone call and emails were answered quickly. We had several delays in scheduling because I was uncertain of the material I wanted to use and the final design. He was helpful in recommending what would look the best, was patient with me and we finally got it scheduled. The team was polite and prompt and came with tools to handle unexpected situations such as the concrete slab which was unusually difficult to remove. They worked very neatly around my property by taking care of grassy areas and by hauling away all debris. The job was finished on time and at the estimated price. The patio is beautiful and neighbors have asked for his name.

Great, Sam was very responsive and provided suggestions on new plant material. It wasn't a complicated job, but he handled it like it was a big job.

After the buyers agreed to the repairs I let Sam know and one of his workers came out and had the repairs done perfectly the next day! It looked great and water drained off the patio into the yard which is what was needed. This was the biggest item I had to repair and Sam came in with a very affordable quote and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one. The buyers were happy with the repairs and the sale of the house went through with no issues. If you need any paver patio installations or repairs I wouldn't use anyone else.

Twinscapes brought an entire team with them (8 workers total) that came in and finished our project in 2 work days. It's mind blowing what they accomplished in that amount of time! Sam and his team did an absolutely fantastic job on our patio. From the beginning he was very quick to respond to all of our questions and was very helpful in picking out pavers and design. The patio was done in just two days and looks even better than we hoped. Sam and his team even went above and beyond and utilized all the grass that was dug up for the patio by moving it to areas of the yard that needed it. We are very happy we chose Twinscapes to do our patio!

The patio is absolutely beautiful! We love it. We installed a two-tiered, paved patio complete with pillars, lighting, natural gas fire pit and dedicated area for our new natural gas grill. Sam and his team were professional, prompt and provided outstanding service. In addition to the patio, they installed flower beds and mulched the beds. Complete service from removal of the old deck and flower beds to the installation of the new and removal of all debris. Would highly recommend Twinscapes to anyone considering a patio or landscaping services.

Sam was prompt with plan and pricing. We decided to add on a walkway after the initial plan and Pricing was provided immediately for this. Sam and the entire crew were great. Prompt, professional and a joy to work with. Demolition and installation were completed in two days. We intend to use them for another project in the future.

After meeting with Sam to go over our wants and needs, he provided us with his drawing plans and quote the same day. He was very responsive to our communications.
