Very well, On time, Beautiful Job

Dion and his team did an amazing job with our patio project. We needed help with redirecting water in our backyard and his team put drains throughout the yard and leveled it quite a bit. These changes have made a world of difference to a yard that was basically ruined before Dion’s team started. In addition, we had a large paver patio with a fire pit put in. I absolutely love the end results. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Dion met with us and provided a timely and fair estimate for our new backyard patio and found a way to save us some money for a small front patio. The wall, steps and patios are beautiful! We have to send a shout out to our foreman, Chris. He was always professional and accommodating, as well as patient with us when we had questions.

Professionally like always. I have had them install an outdoor kitchen, install outdoor lighting on our patio, install walks, walls and a large patio. They never leave a mess as job site is cleaned up daily. I recommend them to everyone who asks.

Perfectly! Dion is fantastic. I can't say enough about him, his crew, and the other people that he works with, especially Sean, who did the covered structure/roof, etc. Dion and Sean were incredibly nice, responsive, detail oriented, and driven by quality. Dion worked closely with us to come up with a great design and plan at the best price. We definitely received great value for the quality of the finished work. It is the envy of all of our neighbors. Dion was cost-conscious throughout the process, and incredibly honest. I would trust him in a heartbeat to do another project, and recommend him without reservation to anyone. He always looked out for our best interests, often advising us of less expensive ways to proceed without impacting the appearance or quality. He told us exactly when he could start, and when he would finish, weather permitting of course. If will tell you if he can't get to your project right away, and will be honest in assessing whether a job might be too small for his scope of work with respect to pricing and overhead (e.g. small landscape project). He is ALWAYS looking out for the client. If you are looking for someone to do your patio/landscape/outdoor living space project, I highly recommend that you call Dion to get an estimate. You won't be disappointed. We met with a few other name contractors/companies, hired Dion, and would do it again. You can't go wrong.

We spent a great deal of time looking for installers that would meet our needs for quality, price and service.  This was not easy.  There was a significant range in price (upwards of $6,000) difference between the highest and lowest priced contractors.  We actually stumbled upon Petersimes Landscaping by accident.  We came upon some of our neighbors who had a very nice paver patio and sidewalk.  The neighbor referred us to Dion at Petersimes.  The best reference is actually seeing the completed work, and the neighbors patio was beautiful and it was over 5 years old.  We called Dion, and he was very responsive.  He came out and listened to what we wanted, tweaked the design for us (he was very patient!) and offered a fair price.  Dion was one of the only contractors who would guarantee his work for five full years.  He does not subcontract (excellent!) and his guys are top-notch professionals.  We were consistently impressed with their communication with us.  These are very hard working guys with a real bent for customer service.  They also do great work.  We love our patio, and plan on having some other landscaping completed by Petersimes in the future.  

If there was any downside to the installation experience, it was our lawn getting torn up.  We cannot really attribute this to these guys however.  It poured on the first day of their work, and the equipment wreaked havoc on our grass.  They did their best to patch things up, but the grass seed was not of the greatest quality (weedy).  This is a very small issue in the context of what could have gone wrong.  

Overall this is a great company, and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to install a high quality patio with the added benefit of having it done by someone who is actually responsive and listens to you.

They were great. The owner was really good and we have referred a lot of businesses to him in our neighborhood. He was a great guy to work with and I think that his prices were very competitive. We changed our project a few times in the planning aspect of it so he did some extra work that he did not charge us for because we had spent a lot of money with them on the two projects that we had in the past. The quality of the work that he did was excellent. During our project, they showed up everyday and they cleaned up. They were very timely and very professional. On the days that they could not show up because of the weather, they even called. It was not like they just did not show up. They would call to tell us because it was outside landscaping and that was what I liked about them. If we need him for anything else in the future, we would absolutely use his services again and we still refer him to people.

He did an excellent job.  They gave me an excellent price and it all looks great.  I’m going to have him back for the fall, too!

From the estimate to the completed project, we can not say enough wonderful things about this company.  Despite a very rainy spring resulting in delays, they kept in close contact with us about when the project would start.  They arrived at our home on the day arranged, and completed the work in the time promised.  We were even on vacation during the installation, and trusted the crew implicitly.  The finished product was beautiful and flawless.  The crew even re-seeded the lawn that was disrupted during the installation, and then re-mulched the entire front landscape bed.  We were very impressed with their honesty, reliability, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

There was nothing that we disliked about them. They were outstanding in every regard, from the design to making modifications to the work that they did. The workers were respectful and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody. They were right on schedule. The work looks outstanding. Out of the bids that we got, they were the least expensive.

Ed, the project leader was wonderful to work with. The crew showed up everyday and on time!! We were very fortunate that the weather cooperated which made the project so smoothly. There were even a couple ofdrainage issues that were discovered ( from the original home builder) during the digging that were fixed at no extra charge. Ed kept us updated and informed. The quality of the work was A++ - The crew were respectful and hard working. We invested a great deal of money into our home and it was very well worth it. We have gotten so many compliments from our neighbors which is a true statement to the job. We highly recommend Simes Landscaping.

We had an excellent experience with Mr. Petersimes and his entire team. After sharing our initial design ideas with Mr. Petersimes, he and his team worked diligently with us to ensure the final design fit aesthetically, functionally, and budgetary into our overall project plans. His team stayed on schedule and worked seamlessly with the three other contractors used for the entire project. We looked at other companies whose quotes were less expensive, but when one starts questioning the details of the work to be done, it is evident that Simes Landscaping knows how to execute quality work of this nature. Their work and service quality, their guarantee, and their company's stability are worth the price. They are a prime example of "you get what you pay for" and we couldn't be happier with our decision to use them. Not a day goes by that we don't look out our back door and marvel at the craftsmanship before our eyes.

My husband and I moved into our home a year ago and have been trying make a decision about a deck vs a patio. We meet with 5 different companies over the past 9 months, most of whom we got information from the Home and Garden Show from the fall 08 show. My husband was pretty much set on a deck/patio combination but I really wanted just a patio. We went to the BIA Parade of Homes in Dublin a couple of months ago and saw a couple of landscape/patio designs done by Dion of Simes Landscaping. He was one of the original contractors we had met with earlier this spring. I looked him up on Angie's list a saw he also had an A rating. We called him and he came back to our home and drew up some new designs. He was very patient with all of the changes we had made ( several !!) and worked with us to stay close to our budget. The project took approx 3 weeks. There was a lot of prep work involved which seem to take a while but once the essential stuff was done the patio and walkway were completed in no time. The landscaping was completed today ( 9/14/09) We are so thrilled with the way happy everything turned out. Dion's crew of guys, and Ed,really know what they are doing, and a couple of suggestions were made to improve the project . They were polite and very easy to work with. Dion always answered our calls and came out several times during the project.

Dion came to our home and talked to my husband and I about our needs and our options. He worked with us to design a truly amazing patio with two circle patterns.
