"Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. Happy to work with Alex and his team and look forward to working with them on future projects!"

As the remaining siding was loosened and more winds in the forecast, we felt repairs were urgent. Joel V. was good enough to look at our situation the next day (a Sunday at 7pm) after listing our project with Angi. He was prepared with a big ladder and tools to inspect the damage. He said he could fix it right then and we gratefully accepted. He worked until nearly dark, but got our job done. We were very much relieved having this repair before more 'weather' comes. Joel was very personable and great to work with. We really appreciated him being willing to extend what started as a short visit for a quote to actually helping us out. What he charged us was very fair. We will certainly work with him again for applicable projects."

Does your company have multiple locations? This will let you know if they are truly local or a large company briefly working your area after a storm.
Do you offer a workmanship warranty? Confirm in writing the time length and details of such warranty.
Do you have quality reviews? All roofing contractors have references of their successful jobs. Good contractors won't have many negative reviews.
How will you protect our windows, siding and landscaping?
