Best roof inspection and advice I ever had. I cannot say enough good things about Garett Kates from GK HOMES AND ROOFING. We had our roof replaced by a different company in October 2023. About a year after that we found exposed nails in there and decided to get independent roof inspection. Garret looked at it, and that was not just look. Roof inspection he did was much longer then inspection from original company and much more thorough and detailed. There not just nails exposed, but improper flashing sealing, missing valleys flashing, silicon improperly applied to the bottom on a valley, etc. Garret prepared comprehensive report, reviewed our contract with original company pointing what was done incorrectly and even advised how to proceed further as we still have warranty from original company. Also want to note that inspection and advice were given free of charge. Definitely if we had known about GK HOMES AND ROOFING earlier we would use it instead.
