The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. Finished in the time frame I was told. Very professional in every way. Finished product was perfect. They cleaned up my yard so well you could not tell I just had a roof put on. Excellent!

Absolutely superior service from Mottco.  There was a hiccup in getting the job completed in a timely fashion but that was due to necessary stucco repair (as the flashing cut up under stucco) and needed coordination from a stucco professional.  Regrettably, this required finding and coordinating with a separate repair company which did not go as smoothly as hoped... but was in no way the fault of Mottco.
I called NUMEROUS roofing companies and interviewed no less than 4.  Mottco was by far the most professional and reliable of them all.

They are awesome. I didn't dislike anything. Everything was great. They came in and did the work in one day.

The specialist was very detailed and professional. I was quite impress, he even gave me choices for the paint on the vent.

The work was done with minimal inconvenience.  It was also done in a timely manner.

Mottco was professional and propt. They gave a reasonable estimate to start and when more damage was found, notified me immediately so the estimate could be adjusted. I plan on calling them first when it comes time to replace my roof.

Mottco team was very cooperative right from the begining when I 1st called them to get the work done on the Roof due to hail damage. They came out at a time for looking at the work that needed to be done and agreed with the insurance report. Actual work was performed in our absense and they called us before starting the work and after completing the job.

The work went very well and we were very pleased. They were willing to come out for us and give us an estimate. They walked around the house with my husband to see what trees they would need to trim and to make sure it was done appropriate in terms of our trees. There was one shingle that was coming up after they had left but they came out the very next day and fixed it. No questions asked and there were no problems at all.

Overall, the job was fine. They had roofed our house in 2007, and it was unfortunate that they had to replace the roof after about 3 or 4 years. I ended up paying $3000 after the insurance. I would use them again in the future, but hopefully not for a long time.

I got some bids, and theirs seemed to be the most reasonable. They seemed to have it together and had good references, but unfortunately with roofing companies it is difficult to foresee how the work would turn out. The quality of the work appears to be good so far, but again I am having a hard time rating it; however, the roof does not leak. They were fast and did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner, once they got around to doing it. They were within a week of when they said they were going to do it. I started this process a year ago, and probably my responsiveness was not good either. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I had several bids. Mottco was not the cheapest, but I chose them because I liked their plan the best. It seemed most thorough and logical. They were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and I would definitely call them again.

Our roof and skylight were damaged by a bad hail storm. We had Mottco come out and give us an estimate. They were very responsive, and Heather was very good about answering some of our follow-up logistical questions regarding insurance. Their estimate was by far the lowest. Based on all of the positive feedback from Angies list, we decided to go with them. The only downside was that they were booked for several months (due to all of the other houses damaged by the hail storm), so it took several months before they were able to work on our house. Since we didn't have any leaking, it wasn't an issue. When they did come to do the work, they pulled off the old roof and put down the new roof all in a single day. They seemed very efficient and did a good job cleaning up after they were done, including using a magnet to pick up roofing nails. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would definitely use them again in the future.

Mottco replaced the shingles on my home. They also installed a new ridge vent. Heather was very courteous and patient while I waited for my insurance claim to process. She was also good about providing a few different roofing options to make sure I got what I wanted. The crew was very efficient with tearing down the old roofing material, replacing some bad decking, re-shingling, and cleanup. I am pleased with my new roof.

They were very prompt in responding to my calls and emails, which I did appreciate. Although, I choose to go with another roofing company, of all the roofers I talked to Mottco was definitely a very close second. I will contact them again if I need roof work done in the future.

The price was fair and the work was done professionally and completely. The work was performed quickly. The crew arrived early and were finished by early afternoon. The crew was polite and cleaned up the are well. After I inspected the work I asked them to come back and make some minor adjustments which they did without hesitation that same week.

The quote that they gave me was about 150 $ less than the company that I used for the roofing work. So, it was technically the lowest. The quote that they gave was indeed attractive. Since, I am not into the roofing business, I am not sure if I fully understood the entire terminology of what they were promising to do. I basically thought that they gave me a good bid, but I just didn?t choose them. They were knowledgeable and then they said that they would give me a written quote which they did. They were very businesslike and seemed to be very competent. It was pleasant doing business with them. I appreciated the fact that they gave me an estimate. They also gave me a good basis for evaluating the bid and I had the choice to choose the best bid, as all the other companies who gave me an estimate seemed to be good as well.
