"Sometimes they don't tell the truth Power quoted a price on replacing our 30 year old aluminum windows with Pella windows and what Home Depot or Andersen would charge. Their price was only good right then. You can't just call and get a competitive quote on windows. So we believed them and bought the windows ($37k). The Pella windows are good, but Power mismeasured. They said their measurements were within 1/4". But one window had 2" and 1.5" gaps on the sides. So 35% of the opening is the window frame and vinyl strips. I complained and they said that was for insulation. BS! They wouldn't replace the mis-measured window. They later gave us a quote to replace our roof with architectural shingles. The quote was $62k for 48.5 squares. They said any roofer would charge $48k to replace our roof, but their price was $44k but only if purchased now. My friend owns a roofing company. He had given me a price of $17k for similar products. So Power lied about what other contractors would charge"
