We really appreciated the care Tom took to educate us on metal roofs, i.e. while metal roofs can indeed last 30+ years, the rubber grommets in Central Texas heat, do not. Sheetrock specialist Frank came the next day and cleaned up two light fixtures damaged from leaks in the roof. The room is considerably bright again.
