"Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. Happy to work with Alex and his team and look forward to working with them on future projects!"

We also had flat roofs that were old tar type roofs( rest of house was metal-roof). This was a huge project: cutting off the gutters and replacing with modern and then fixing the flat roofs. )Everyone that worked on this project was amazing ! As a childcare center we needed to know in advance work that would be done in certain areas and they were so wonderful about working around us and our outside time. They never left a mess and the area was always cleaned up after they finished. We had a squirrel chew through a board they replaced and they just replaced it again. I could not be happier with how absolutely beautiful our building looks. Kevin has a wonderful group of people he works with ! Kevin went above and beyond for us."
