"I contracted Maxxima Concrete for a substantial residential driveway project involving over 40 yards of concrete. While the final product is functional, the overall experience left much to be desired and raises serious concerns about workmanship and accountability. From the outset, I had to intervene multiple times to ensure basic standards were met. For example, the team initially resisted digging deep enough to accommodate a proper 4-inch gravel base—something fundamental to long-term durability. I also had to correct their handling of the mesh wire reinforcement, which was laid but not properly elevated during the pour, compromising its effectiveness. The finished driveway includes visible engraved marks along each control joint—an aesthetic flaw that was acknowledged but not resolved. Instead of addressing the issue, Maxxima offered a discount, which felt more like a way to avoid remediation than a gesture of goodwill. They did extend the warranty from one year to two, which I appreciated at the time. Unfortunately, they have not honored it. I’ve reached out via text and email consistently over the past six weeks regarding discoloration and two areas showing early signs of cracking—just three months post-installation. Despite multiple attempts, I’ve received no response, no site visit, and no effort to engage in a conversation. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I will be posting this review across all known LLC and address variations (of which there are a few) of Maxxima Concrete on Yelp, Google, and the BBB. If the situation remains unresolved, I will pursue further action through small claims court. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions. A fair price and initial effort do not compensate for poor follow-through and disregard for customer concerns."

"Josh did my patio 2014 and gave me 5 years warranty on cracks and sealer. Once I called so he can fix he blocked all communication. And I have been trying to call him for the past 2 years with no reply at all. My patio is cracking and the color faded after one year"

"They were very helpful and which giving me various options for the service. They did a very good job . They came informed for answering all my questions. They did very good job of prepping the area and they are very quick and laying with concrete and came back many times to check on it on what need to do on maintain the driveway. "They came out to start the project (9/19/25) just as it was getting dark outside which was my first clue something isn't right with this company. Less than a month after having new asphalt installed, weeds are poking through and causing bulges. They have several areas where the asphalt is uneven and "bowled" areas where rain collects in the middle. Several locations where it wasn't filled in and several cracks within the first day. I contacted the company several times to come back to fix the issues. They responded saying they'll be back out on certain day, but always had excuses only when prompted on why they never showed up. Now no responses after a month. Several of the neighbors had this company installed asphalt on their driveways. All have complaints on how unsatisfied with the job they did. I measured and only get about 1" thickness when the contract clearly states 2.5" poured and will be 2" after rolling the final surface. Photos were taken next day and the weed photos are about a month after install when I noticed (10/23/25). Going to be interesting to see it after it's first winter when ice heave breaks it up even worse."

"This is a large complex driveway and it turned out incredible. Jasper and his team were great. We had an issue with the existing asphalt driveway that was not properly graded before being installed. A drain needed to be added in front of the garage to handle the drainage issue. Over the years landscaping including hardscape was added around the asphalt driveway. Jasper was able to eliminate the need for the drain by properly sloping the driveway to keep water away from the garage and house while also insuring that the existing hardscape and landscape still looked good. Jasper spent time thinking not only about the functionality but also the aesthetics of the overall appearance and the results speak for themselves."
