Superior Asphalt Sealing

good, 2 men and less then an hour

They were very nice but I have some issues I would like to discuss. I have left a number of messages over the past two weeks and am still waiting for the courtesy of a response. I have therefore given this company a bad rating.

They did a great job. We have a lot of areas along curbing and sidewalks. They did not splash a drop on the concrete! We also had a little settling which they fixed with cold patch. They were on time, fair price and professional. We will definitely use them again next year.

Dustin was able to schedule earlier than expected, which was better for me. They showed up as promised and did an excellent job. The product was applied evenly, with no noticeable brush strokes, and not a trace on adjoining areas. Courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely hire again.

Fantastic service, they even sealed the driveway one week early. Arrived at the time they said that they would. Had it done quickly and efficiently. I will hire them to reseal my driveway when it needs done again. Thank you Dustin!

They scheduled me out 2 weeks in advance. They came on the date they promised, and applied 1 coat to the driveway. I asked about needing a second coat, but they said it was not necessary.

We were not able to get scheduled this year but I will contact them in the spring to schedule then.

It went very well. They completed the job within a week or two of calling them.

On May 20, when they were blacktopping my neighbor's driveway, Superior Asphalt backed into my mailbox, knocking it over, and drove away! I called them about it and Dustin said he would have a repairman out to fit the damage. I cancelled my mail delivery. On June 3, a repairman came and reattached the mailbox. Dustin has not responded to my request to have the broken post replaced so I have given up! My husband took care of the mailbox post and I'm painting it.

No complaints. Job well done!

This is our 3rd year using Superior Asphalt and Sealing. Unfortunately, when they came to seal this summer it rained within 10 minutes of their departure. The owner promised to send his crew back out to reseal ASAP. He was in constant contact with me and had the driveway resealed within 2 weeks time. The job was completed as expected and there weren’t any sealant splatters on the garage doors/house!

Scheduled two months out for Monday. Confirmed the week before and was told "You are first on the list for that week". Work was not done on Mon, Tue , Wed , Thur or Fri. Noo call or explanation. Finally I cancelled and went with another firm.

My experience was amazing! The guys came out exactly when they said they would. They provided me with knowledge on the process and the products that they were using. Everything was very neat and clean. Customer service was very sufficient. An overall very professional and timely service. I recommend for anyone looking to receive quality work!

I needed my driveway resealed and I called Superior. Not only were they very prompt with the service, the price and value was exceptional. The employees were very knowledgeable and kept me updated during the entire process. As a General Contractor, they are my go to choice!

They did an awesome job! Driveway had many small cracks and hadn't been sealed in several years. They made my driveway look brand new. Very knowledgeable, punctual and affordable!

Understanding that rain was impactful in Summer 2018, I still find myself writing this negative review. Between receiving the final review on May 18 and today (October 24), 5 months have passed with multiple excuses from Superior, some valid and most not with work not completed. I had to literally call 3-4 times a week during past 2 months to make any semblance of traction which in the end after personal assurance from phone call from owner, Darin, went nowhere. If I ran a company like Suprior in my profession, I’d be destitute. It’s a shame that demand outweighs supply in this area and you have to be exposed to these low grade companies.

Overall, things went fine. Dustin responded to my estimate inquiry in a timely fashion and worked with my schedule (and the weather) to get the work done yet this season (others refused to come "this far" this late or were already booked). Positives: 1. Prompt initial response 2. Dustin did call to postpone a day due to weather (as he had indicated he would if necessary). 3. They did come on the scheduled date (albeit much later than I had been told). 4. The work seems good. The looks MUCH better and there was no overspray onto the adjacent concrete. Negatives: 1. Although I had said I needed to be present (the property is a rental), I spent ALL morning waiting for them to arrive but they didn't. Apparently, the weather was not conducive to sealing in the morning and so they were several hours behind. AFTER I sent a text, wondering if they were lost, I was informed about the delay. 2. I was told what the job would cost over the phone, but I need a bill for taxes. The only bill I received was a paper that was left with the renters. I called to give Dustin my email address so that he could send me a bill electronically (the renters were headed out on vacation the next day and I had not received the invoice). I never received an email before I finally got the paper from the renters and sent in a check. Although the price seemed a little on the high side, they did apply two coats, the drive looks much better, and I was told the next time (in a couple of years) shouldn't cost nearly as much.

Great individuals at all levels of the company - excellent customer service and follow-up once sealing was complete. The workmanship and quality of our driveway exceeds our expectations. We would highly recommend this company to our family, neighbors, and friends or anyone in the market to have their driveway sealed.

I’ve seen them in my neighborhood for the last couple years so I decided to give them a try and WOW!! They did a great job and the guys were super friendly. Will use again
