Pole Barn Builders Company Reviews Near Me
Calderon remodeling LLC
The beginning of the service great however after the completion of the project that's when the problems started occur. My walls and flooring started to buckle and mold was appearing on my walls that was in 3 months after the completion of the project. I contacted him as soon as the problem occurred however no response (4th month). The problem is now affecting my health due to the increase mold which is from not a proper foundation (no facial board or siding was implemented) and the flooring is continuing to buckle as well as walls. I contacted him again and they insisted that I purchase some items to fix the problem temporary vs arranging a meeting to see the problems or even provide a solution. I hope this information is helpful.

Backyard Shed & Deck Co
We chose a pricey option, hence the lower grade in that category. My other cavil is that, on the first day of a two-day project, they showed up several hours late. The crew was professional, friendly, and helpful when they did arrive, and they did a very good job of removing the old structure and assembling the new one. I would recommend them again.

The sales location has a great inventory of all the styles they can build. The salesman was very knowledgeable on the options, site preparation, and how the installation would be done. I left with booklets and a price sheet. The quality is impressive and there are many more options on things like windows, doors, roofing materials and other architectural details than you'd get from places like Home Depot. These are lovely backyard structures that don't look like inexpensive sheds or mini-barns and are very well-priced. In particular, the roof pitch is steeper and looks more like a house and less like a nearly flat-roofed shed.

While obtaining county permits we were told that the shed was required to have 2X6 beams the length of the roof. Beiler's worked with me to upgrade the shed to county code at no extra cost. Beilers recommended Abundent Life Landscaping to install a good foundation to protect our investment and prevent structural and water damage. The foundation is 6" of gravel surrounded by landscape timbers. THe shed was placed on the foundation with a remote control devise so that the tractor trailer did not have to pull into our yard. Everyone I dealt with at Beiler's was knowledgeable and professional. You can see the remote device in the pictures and the beautiful end result product.

ARCHTYPE PRODUCTIONS INC
Mr. Cunningham agreed to prepare architectural plans, process the building permit application and provide follow-up consultation during construction. The plans were well organized in layers with sufficient detailing to visualize fabrication. Construction proceeded as per plans. Mr. Cunningham inspected progress at critical times. He was on site to: establish footer elevations; verify structural bearing points; detail steel beam connections; clarify structural framing details; locate stairway opening, and in general assuring adherence to the plans. We contacted Mr. Cunningham again to make the revisions and necessary modifications to be permitted as a residence. Our new mixed use building had to be re-designed to meet the International Building Code, IRC 2003. The new loft apartment now includes: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living/dining area, and a laundry. We are pleased with results and would consider Mr. Cunningham for any future construction or remodeling work.

Affordable Sheds & Garden Products LLC
I contracted with them with the barn, but then, they also had a subcontractor that did the building and everything else. Scheduling was a little problem afterwards. It was a little bit delayed. I think they could have been on-site better to oversee the project.

Provider consistently showed up when scheduled, worked until job is done, maintained contact with property owner as to what was desired in work and progress, quotes for work never changed - price estimated was what was charged. Provider is dependable, honest and consistently exhibits good work ethics. Leaves property clean and no trace. Repeat customer, will remain repeat customer.

R M Banning Roofing
This wonderful company provided outstanding service, materials, cooperation, communication, patience, and modest fees for the services I needed for my roof. Half-way during the process, Mr. Banning discovered my 65 year-old rafters (on the front of the house) were collapsing. He was eager to assist me by obtaining the county license timely and extra materials (at a reasonable cost). During this unexpected rafter problem, any new shingle that was accidentally damaged was replaced free of charge. This entire process took place from December 2013 through March 2014. Due to the bizarre weather (hail, snow, ice, and rain), Mr. Banning completed everything in a reasonable time. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wishes to use his services. Please call or send an email.

Graves Design & Remodeling Inc
Made and kept their survey appointment. Followed up with a well written proposal. We moved to the contract phase and then I put a convenience hold on the project so it could be done when the family was away. There was another final visit prior to ordering materials to measure and insure all were in agreement on the scope of work. The main subcontractor and crew appeared on the appointed day and hour. Fully followed all OSHA rules in appearance and PPE as well as having all requisite safety equipment. Crew performed work with dispatch and at day's end cleaned the job site each evening. Second day the second subcontractor came on board and again their action was taken in a very business like manner. The final day the principal subcontractor finished his work and left the completed project and work site fully cleaned. All elements of the job were satisfactorily completed.

JP Companies Inc
Joe and his team did an EXTRAORDINARY job! They have exceeded every expectation I possibly could have held. Each of them are true artisans. It is so beautiful! The great lengths they went to create the most perfect and amazingly functional product has left us in awe. And as if looking at it in the dark last night wasn’t amazing enough, it woke to a live-fire exercise this morning. An intense downpour that lasted for nearly 5 hours instantly flooding the roadway out front. I had to go back there and see how my brand new 20-hour-old concrete driveway was handling this tsunami. No water puddled anywhere on the concrete, and the little streamlet-runoff-groove they created just outside of my barn worked perfectly. Each of them were polite, professional and courteous. They were punctual, reasonably priced and skilled. I would definitely use them again any time I need a concrete job done. Thank you Joe and team!

The sales person said that they can put the shed anywhere I wanted. I liked the selection of shed they had, but I had a little trouble signing a contract with them. They did not tell us that there will be a penalty if we wanted to pack out of the contract. Once we brought the shed home, they said that they could not put it where we wanted it. I had to pay additional $500 to have them bring a kit in and have it built on sight. Then they wanted to raise their price and there were lot of little problems that went along with that. Every time we called them they were not responsive and did not answer my calls. Once they installed the shed, I noticed there were cracks and I could see daylight through which I had to fill it up. They couldn?t do what they promised.

Green Dwellings is great. We ran into a major structural problem early on in the project that greatly increased the size and cost of the job. So in addition to the kitchen they also replaced several joists to provide a sound floor structure. They worked hard to keep the job as close to on schedule as possible. They are reliable, conscientious, and the quality of their work is excellent.

The quality was phenomenal. The workers, from top to bottom, everything was professional. The customer service that I received was good and I am one of those people who change her mind a lot. It never bothered them. They walked me through the process. The workers were here on time and once they were here, they started working. They only took one fifteen- minute break and finished putting up the shed.

He is fantastic. He is very honest and straightforward. If you have an idea, he will do the idea. If you ask him for his ideas, they really work. He is very creative.

Stoltzfus Structures was competitively priced, timely (actually early) in their construction, and delivered and placed a well-made structure. I had shopped around at the big-box stores and online outlets, and in person at shed-focused retail locations. MyShed.com had a good configurator with a lot of options that allowed me to choose colors and materials to match what i had in mind, and they were highly responsive with a customized quote. Where they really shined for me was in the timeliness – they had the structure built and ready for delivery much faster than expected, and were communicative in scheduling delivery – and their delivery crew was highly professional and placed the shed precisely. They even touched up a few spots that had been roughed up in transit (multiple sheds loaded on a flatbed had high-fived each other at some point).

Walker and Clarke Builders Inc
The experience was excellent overall. I would recommend them to anybody! They were very responsive, showed when they said they'd show up, and did exactly what was asked of them to do. Their price was on the upper end, but the quality of the work was well worth the price. The crew was very well-mannered and professional, too!

Phoenix Home Services Inc
The Phoenix team were on the job start to finish. The two owners Clint and Steve are a great team. Clint had awesome designs and really helped us to envision what we could do with the space. Steve made the design vision become reality via his hands on expertise and project delivery skills. We love the new space, especially the bathroom and three custom barn doors built onsite.

Unicorp Home Energy Services
Originally, I called Unicorp for a price on replacing the siding on the second story of my house. Mary Ellen looked at the house, and said, "you don't need new siding, you need a new roof." I knew this was true, because the roof was starting to shed shingles, but I thought I could not afford to replace it. I got a couple of estimates, and Unicorp came in with the best price. They also had great reviews on Angie's List and in the Washington Consumers' Checkbook, so I decided to have the work done. The crews were excellent, dropping off the materials in advance, and showing up on time on both the promised day and the following day (the work took two days.) I had asked Mary Ellen if, while the crew was on the roof, they could remove the old, nonfunctioning television antenna. When the crew was removing the shingles near the antenna, I noticed that it had not been removed. One call to their office, and the antenna was down within 30 minutes! I was very pleased with the customer service, both in advance, when keeping me updated with the start date and timeline, as well as on the days of the work. The crew did a good job, covering my plants with tarps, and avoiding discarding the shingles onto the flowerbeds (my gardens are VERY important to me!) There was some minor plant damage, but that is to be expected when doing such a major job. I did a few snips with the pruning shears, and the shrubs were back to health. They also did a very good job cleaning up after the project was done. I'll admit I am compulsive about nails in my car tires. I found a couple of nails on the lawn (and weeks later, one mysteriously appeared right in front of my door after a storm.) Unicorp offered to come back and sweep for nails again, but I declined, readily admitting that I would not be satisfied until I thoroughly inspected my yard, driveway, and street. Unicorp did a much better job cleaning up than other contractors I have used (who shall remain nameless!) I really enjoyed working with Mary Ellen (so nice to work with a woman!), the office staff, and the crew. I have, and will continue to, recommend them to friends and neighbors. When the time comes that I can afford to have my gutters and siding replaced, I will definitely call them. By the way, the new roof is gorgeous! It almost makes my vintage 1948 house look new!
