"Abir, I'm sorry you feel this way. When I came out to re seal your patio in 2016, I explained our contract which referred to re sealing and continued maintenance being the owners responsibility. I actually went above and beyond to re seal you patio 2 years later at our expense. When we last spoke 2 weeks ago, I also told you I would give you a break on labor and we would re seal your patio. The color is not "faded" it simply needs re sealed, as does any stamped concrete every few years. I would be happy to re seal your patio, and give you a break on the labor, as I told you last time we spoke."
