Owner denied a valid warranty claim and WILL NOT REPLY to my requests for a review or conversation about the issues with the project. If you have issues with them, they will NOT respond or work with you to resolve them. Concrete is full of flaking, cracks, and pop outs 8 months after installation.

This company took a deposit from me & then did no work. Had to dispute the charge. Everyone that I spoke to lied to me.

This was a very frustrating experience. I hired the Concrete Driveway Co to install footers and concrete floor for my garage extension project. The quoted price was very good, and the reviews were excellent, so I decided to give them a try even though they wanted a 50% advance before scheduling. Unfortunately the good things end right there. The sales manager gave me 2-4 days, max one week timeline after scheduling - that turned into almost four weeks, with an unreliable and not very professional crew that is habitually late or missed schedules, work that failed inspection the first time because the specs were not communicated to the crew and the crew did not know the county codes. The quality of the work is towards the lower end of acceptable. There is no proper communication between the sales manager who promises things that the supervisor does not know about, and the supervisor doesn't have a general idea what the crew is up to. This has been a very difficult experience - I had a lot of stress because of hiring this company. I would not hire them ever again or recommend them to anyone who wants work done correctly and in a timely manner.

A warning about this concrete company. When we did business with them their company name was Madewell Concrete. Theyâ ve now changed to Concrete Driveway Company. At first everything looked good. During the summer we noticed a crack that goes completely from one side to the other. I contacted the company and was told they would honor the 10 year warranty and was sent an online claim form. I completed the claim form and submitted it 9/11/24. I promptly received a confirmation. We were told to expect a response within 14 business days. We waited until 10/4 and called. Were told the â production managerâ would contact us. Never heard from anyone. Called again 10/14. Told weâ d get an email from â Schedulingâ . No email info yet! Weâ ve been patient, but now think we are being put off because they donâ t intend to do anything about our problem. We want others to know about this company and their warranty practices. Donâ t fall for their sales pitch. Itâ s obviously worth nothing. Makes me think that maybe this is why they felt the need to change their company name. ð ¤

The salesman made promises to get a quality job that was not done correctly. Every Step of the process from time I signed the contract until job was completed was a joke. Project Manager was to show up 3 to 4 days ahead to start the project but not had full knowledge of project that include the scope and cost. I tried to reach out to address my concerns via email and phone call and no response at all. I would not hired Concrete Driveway again nor recommend anyone to hire for their work. They are inexperience on quote and actual workman ship quality. Overall, they just wanted money instead the their business values.

Concrete Driveway was fantastic and easy to work with. I will recommend them to anyone that needs concrete poured. Very Professional and my new Double wide Driveway is Beautiful it went from 9 feet wide to 19 feet wide. Neighbors have askedwho did it and I have given their information out!

It went pretty good, but he only did two steps and that makes it difficult for my grandchildren to step up. But other than that the concrete was good and they did an excellent job.

Salesman made promises to get job that was not kept. Every step of the process from time I signed contract until job was finished was a joke. Project manager was to show up 3 to 4 days ahead of pour date to go over project to make sure site was ready. Even after project being delayed 2 weeks past promised date project manager could not make it to site until contractors were on site ready to work. Overall I would give contractors 4 of 5 stars on quality. Madewell as a company 1 of 5. Will not hire again and will not recommend.

Madewell did an awesome job and honestly just made it too easy. Definitely using them from here on out.

I had serval bids on the job and Madewell was the only one that made an effort to earn my business. They also offered what no one else could: quick installation. All the other companies said that they could get the job done sometime between next March to maybe May or later but Madewell got the job done in just a few weeks. The work was awesome and quick. The Project Manager did an excellent job communicating and keeping me informed throughout the day. I could not be more pleased and I have recommended Madewell to my neighbors who came to marvel at the beautiful work!

I had a wonderful experience working with Patrick and Colton. They were both very professional and gave great customer service. The crew were also wonderful!

The presentation was extremely helpful in that there was a visual of the project. They also had oversight continually, making sure each step was understood and was correct.
