Tim did a good job and concrete driveway looks good. Washed and sealed our 975 sq. ft. driveway. Washed one day and sealed the next day. He used our preferred latex sealant. Very responsive and communicative. Referred to us by our concrete driveway installer.

SealMaxx did a garage-floor refurbishment for me. I got three estimates. SealMaxx was not the lowest, but they were so close to the lowest that other factors came into play -- professionalism, knowledge, time in business, thoroughness, and punctuality. Importantly, SealMaxx was the only company that tested my garage floor for moisture which could cause the epoxy to delaminate over the years. It passed, and the failure of competitors to do the same testing made me ask what else they didn't know and what other corners they'd be willing to cut. After the initial grinding, the floor was tested again, and the moisture content under the surface was found to be high. SealMaxx mitigated this by applying an epoxy primer to seal the moisture below the surface and ensure the life of the coating. I would have expected an amendment to the price, but SealMaxx did all this extra work and provided the extra material at their expense. The final product was beautiful beyond belief. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I have a wall of 7-ft cabinets, and SealMaxx was able, via tedious hand brushing, to get the epoxy and the vinyl-flake top coat applied all the way to the wall under the cabinets. I told them I did not expect that extra effort, but they took care of it, anyway. I recommend SealMaxx without reservation. As always with costly repairs and upgrades, complete your due diligence, but please consider all the variables, not just the quoted price. If you do, I suspect you'll go with Tim and SealMaxx.

SealMaxx cleaned, stained and sealed our front porch and walkway. It really adds to the curb appeal of our home and covered some stains the previous owner left on the porch. We also cleaned and sealed our driveway. We are hoping it will reduce the wear by protecting it. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of this company. We wanted to get this project completed and they worked to fit us into their schedule. I asked a ton of questions and Tim would always respond with thorough answers for me. When the project was complete they followed up to make sure we were happy with their work.

We met this company at the Columbus Home and Garden show. We were looking to have our deck sealed in order to prevent it from warping. We had the company come out and give us and estimate and we were a little surprised on how much it was going to cost, but they offered a 25 year warranty so we decided that it would be worth the money. They also stated that they would clean the deck and that would bring out the natural color in the wood. We had done that ourselves the year before and the deck had looked brand new after we had cleaned it, but it was hard work so we were pleased that the cost of sealing the deck also included the cost of cleaning it. After the company "cleaned and sealed" the deck, I was initially disappointed because although it did look better than before, it did not look as good as when we had cleaned it ourselves, but we decided not to say anything because we were happy that the wood was now protected. However, this summer when I was putting out our patio furniture, I noticed two of the boards had pulled away and were no longer attached to the floor. I called the company and asked exactly what their "Warranty" covered and I was informed that it was the Sealant that was covered and that the sealant was to prevent warping of the wood. I informed the owner that that is what had happened to two of the wood boards. He informed me that they don't replace the boards, they would only add more sealant to the warped area, he then went on to say that he doesn't know if that would help any because they "already soaked it with sealant." However, he stated that he would come out and check it out. I called the company over 2 weeks ago and they still have not come out to look at the deck. I will not use this company again and I'm very disappointed that we spent so much money on a product that was not effective.

Our experience went extremely well. Tim, the owner, even offered to come back to help me carry some of the heavy stuff back into the garage the next day, if I need them.

Update: PLEASE DON'T BOTHER USING THIS PRODUCT! AFTER HAVING THIS PRODUCT ON OUR CONCRETE, WE STILL HAVE ISSUES WILL SPAULING & DETERIORATION OF THE CONCRETE. I DON'T THINK THIS PRODUCT DOES ANYTHING TO HELP CONCRETE. IT WAS TRULY A WASTE OF OUR MONEY.

Very up front. Gave me a container of deck cleaner for future use.
