He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of West Virginia, a certified West Virginia State Home Inspector and a certified Home Inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Brett is a trained mold tester. Since beginning his career as a home inspector in 2006, Brett has performed over 3,000 inspections. He is a member of the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors (WVAHI) and is currently serving as Vice President.
