Work went well. I would advise those with breathing problems to be prepared for really strong fumes from caulk that is used. Takes about 3 days for it to go away. Not sure about long term but so far a major improvement.

Excellent process, from first meeting with Marc Sisser to measure home, thru placing order and signing contract to actual installation and work on replacing the windows and doors. And the siding makeover is great, many neighbors have told my son, the house looks wonderful and updated. The craftsmen were knowledgable and professional, always on time, very polite and helpful.

Went fine.  As soon as the window came in they put it in and did a great job.

The windows were installed in one day even though the temperature was in the 20's. The installers arrived on time and worked solid. They did a great job and we had some very old and difficult windows.

It was an excellent experience. They were knowledgeable. They corrected anything I didn't like. They were pleasant. They did the work very very good. I was very impressed.

if you are looking for windows and/or siding, quit calling. this will be the last call you make, i've done all the work for you. this was a good experience with them. installation of windows went well, they are of good quality and look great. Siding job was just as good and professional. no they werent the cheapest but felt good going with them. you wont save any money if you are not happy with the job. great all around AAA+++

They did an excellent job. They were reasonably priced and punctual. It was a quality installation of the windows.

Five years ago, we had our kitchen remodeled and only needed one window replaced at the time. After calling several places and being told they wouldn't install just one window or getting ridiculous quotes such as $1000, we called Window Depot. Mark was very jovial and agreed to install the one window.
After speaking to him about the different window options, we decided to upgrade instead of going with the $189 windows. For a little more, we got a really nice window that has had zero issues, is easy to clean and is still working as if it is brand new. We were so impressed we decided to replace more windows as we were financially able.
He has patiently dealt with us over the years and put in more windows a few at a time. We are so impressed with the way they installed both the windows and the capping material outside that we are now saving up for siding.
The amount we have saved in heating and cooling was dramatic. We previously had windows from the 20s with storm windows installed over them. Many were warped and very difficult to open. Now it is literally a breeze to lift a window and have fresh air circulating in the house. I can't wait until the rest of our windows are replaced so we can get the full benefits of window replacement.
Also, the men that came to install the windows were very polite, showed up on time and worked fast. They even cleaned up later on. I wish all companies that did work around here was as professional as this one.

Everything was excellent. They were very accommodating. They cleaned up themselves, whatever mess they made at the end of the day. It took them several days to finish. I would come home from work and all the mess would be cleaned up and when they were gone you would not have even known they were here as far as the mess. We just had it look like a brand new house. They did an excellent job and the price it was a good deal.
