West Virginia Inspection Company is absolutely Top Notch! Larry Perkins and John Boggess are a real treat to work with. They are prompt, courteous, and efficient. My project was a 970 SF prospective home. John took ample time, three full hours, going over it in detail from roof to crawl space. He then explained his findings to me in person, following that up with an incredible written report that contained lots of photographs to detail any areas of concern. In my opinion, you couldn't ask for a more professional, or more thorough home inspection team. if needed at any time in the future, I would definitel,y and specifically, hunt them up to perform this work for me again!

Both the owner and the inspector where great. After inspector did the inspection he followed up to make sure if there was anything I needed clarified or any questions I had. The owner knows we are gonna be new to area and was super nice in welcoming us and telling us a little more about the area.

Thorough, esp if roof and chimneys may be a concern. They use a drone to take great pics of these areas. Overall thorough.

The realtor I was using was not forthcoming about condition of house. Had she been honest I would not have needed to pay extra $150 for mold test. Not inspectors fault but in my case where I am far from property a more honest realtor is necessary.

Rapid response and scheduling. Inspection was informative. Only recommendation is to offer a call to review inspection for less experienced or new home buyers. For my purposes, I received the service I needed.
