Alford Foundation and Crawl Space Repair provides reliable and superior waterproofing, crawl space repair, foundation repair, and concrete leveling services. We are dedicated to complete customer satisfaction with our patented products that can't be bought anywhere else! We have been in business since 1963 and are a 3rd generation family-owned business covering West Virginia and part of Ohio and Kentucky. Chris Alford, Co-Owner, is a third-generation business owner who grew up in and around the Alford Foundation and Crawl Space Repair business. Chris is deeply involved in the business to ensure the legacy of his family business which continues to grow. Chris worked his way through the ranks of the company from technician to sales to management and now oversees the day-to-day operations of the entire company. Larry Janesky, Co-Owner partnered with Chris in 2022, and has been the authority in the basement, crawl space and foundation industries since 1987.

This is a wonderful company. They walked me through the whole process and I absolutely loved the crew that came out. Talk about a great bunch of guys, shew! It was an absolute pleasure working with this fine group. I have recommended several of my family members to them. Their marketing is also top notch, they sure do know what they are doing! Terrific experience. We live quite remotely - you have to drive through a creek to get to our house - and I was *very* pleased they would even come to out to do the inspection and quote. Carlos, David, and Waylon were incredibly professional and knowledgeable with the install. I'm very confident our basement will stay dry the next time it rains!

I had a large stairstep crack in my garage wall that needed addressed. I had Alford give me a quote along with 2 other companies. Alford was by far the best all around, not only were they more affordable they were on time and very professional. The crew that came were knowledgeable and hard working and got right to work digging and installing 4 piers to stabilize my garage. They cleaned up and repaired my sidewalk and you can barely tell there was work completed. I strongly recommend Alford Home Solutions to anyone who has foundation repair.

The project looks beautiful, from a distance. The project took far too long. There are already boards coming loose. The door jam is mismatched. And the floor is uneven. The biggest complaint was the sub-par electrical subcontractor that damaged the property, knocked down one of my trees, broke a large planter, did an eyesore of a job on the indoor electric,ity and put in an outdoor line that has never worked. They offered nothing to fix or correct the damage that was done. I do not mind paying for quality work, this was not it.

Very professional and friendly customer service, from the estimator to the foreman. Even though unforeseen work was necessary, the job was completed by the time they said. I had 2 previous estimates and one was 3x the cost and the other company said they couldn't even do this job. I HIGHLY recommend Alford services for foundation repair.
