Bryan and his team did a great job with our kitchen remodel! We only wanted to remodel the backsplash and countertops, and they did not try to upsell us on the cabinets as well. Instead, Bryan worked with us to find the best products for what we wanted to upgrade, provided good pricing, and was flexible with us on last minute changes and negotiation. Most importantly, Bryan and his teams were super speedy and turned around things in a week's time, AND Bryan was extremely communicative throughout the whole process which was hugely helpful as we were out of town while the remodel was happening.

Rachel and Bryan were incredible pros. They were super responsive, hands-on, and empathetic. My family and I had never done major work on a property like this, so it was extremely helpful to have them in our corner to guide us through permits, plans, and execution. Rachel brought amazing organizational skills and an eye for design. Bryan has a deep knowledge of construction and carpentry and sweated the details. They make a dynamite team. The contractors they worked with were professional and did great work. When we ran into issues, they were quickly addressed. I love my new office, extension and bathroom.

I met the designer on 11/19/24. She had responded to my request for a designer through Angis list. We met that day for a free consultation. I discussed with her my plans for the garage remodel. I provided her with my drawing of what I wanted. I showed her pictures of a cabinet I wanted to use in the remodel. We also discussed what I wanted in the design She was taking notes, measurements, and pictures of the garage. I thought everything was clear and she knew what to design. She told me she charged 85.00 an hour and the drawings would take abt 5 hours to do. I will be notified in a few days when done. Once she notified me I paid 432.00 for the 2 small drawings. We discussed them and I asked why they were not what I had asked for She added cabinets when I wanted open shelves. Excluded a pantry from the kitchen area. Moved both the fridge and peninsula to different areas. Did not include the cabinet I had shown her or the water dispenser I needed a place for. I never wanted cabinets in any area. I was not happy that she redesigned all this without asking me. I wanted to see what I originally requested. At that point, it was decided that she would redo the design. No additional fee was discussed so I thought since she had not done the work I had requested, no additional charge was due. I was wrong. She wanted an additional 85.00 for redoing what I had originally wanted. It still was not my original request as the cabinet was still not included or the water dispenser. I should not be expected to pay for her mistake and not follow my request. When I questioned her abt this and explained I would not pay she sent me a text that called me rude and if I did not pay I would be sent to collections I can provide this text to you. She is very unprofessional and does not care abt her clients at all. If am paying for her service she should at least listen to what I want and not redesign it all without my knowledge 432.00

I enjoyed working with Rae's and think the results are amazing. They replaced the windows and doors on our 1950s house and painted the exterior of the house. They addressed all problems and issues quickly and efficiently. They listen carefully to my wants, helped with design decisions. They kept me informed of progress at every stage of the project and quickly responded to my questions.

We are super happy with the work they did on our kitchen. We had a very tired outdated 2003 kitchen and they did an awesome job!!! We absolutely love it. I highly recommend them!!

Rae was awesome to work with, communicative and prompt! Her workers were fast and listened to my concerns, checking in with me about issues and resolving them easily. A little expensive but still the best quote I got and Iâ m satisfied with my new deck! Will use them again for other projects for sure.

I cannot express enough how amazing this company is! I had the awful experience of hiring a contractor for my business that did not complete the work and Raes custom homes has been a blessing. They helped guide me through the process and communicate with me every step of the way. They came into a mess and are turning it into a gorgeous building! This company is great! They got my cabinets delivered and installed exactly on time and double checked with me to make sure I was happy before leaving. The work was very high quality (theyâ re ungodly very knowledgeable) and the cabinets themselves are gorgeous and also well made. Would definitely recommend!

Some of the best people Iâ  ve ever felt with. I was so confident and comfortable with them I let them in my house when I wasnâ  t home. If you need any home repairs go with them.

Seriously easy to work with this company, Rachel and Bryan are well versed in cabinetry and countertops and helped me pick out colors for both my cabinets and my counters. They even delivered samples to me on a weeken so I could take time to choose what I really wanted. In the end once I chose what I wanted they had it ready for install in 3 days and did the installation of all my kitchen cabinets in two days and then came back three days after cabinet install with my countertops. And installed in less than a full day. It was an easy experience. I will use them again for sure.

My pergola turned out amazing! From electrical work, lighting, sitting area and out door grill, they did a turn key job from start to finish. They are so fast and so thorough. I loved all the communication too. I will absolutely use them again!

Bryan and his guys did a great job with a variety of projects at my house. He installed doors, built cabinets, and ran baseboard. It was all done very timely and professionally, with the exception of a shelf, which he returned to correct. I look forward to working with him again!
