The sales rep they sent was personable, knowledgeable, and assured me he’d been with the company for ten years. That part actually felt promising. He gave us three tiers of service, and my husband and I chose the middle option. I even went to the paint store the next morning to pick out my color. I texted him with my selection and… crickets. Days passed. I followed up. He apologized and promised to get back to me. He didn’t. Eventually, I called the office directly, only to find out we weren’t even on the schedule. That’s when the owner stepped in—sounding every bit the overpromising, fast-talking salesman you hope never to deal with. He assured me we’d be fit in the following week and that he was “putting his very best guy on it.” Then the day arrived… and a truck pulled up with a completely different company name and logo on it. Turns out, Emerson subcontracted the work without telling me. Not even a mention. Total bait and switch. Bottom line: Emerson Paints is overpriced, unreliable, and dishonest. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."

"Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."
