"[Member Name Removed], It was wonderful to work with you again in your new (to you) home. The transformation of your kitchen was wonderful! I am so happy for you to have a lovely space to enjoy! Kelli Nunnally, Design/Sales"
"Thank you for the wonderful review! Customers like you do not come along every day. You were wonderful to work with and were very understanding when issues with the flooring arose during the demo phase. Thanks again for your kind words and enjoy the new laundry and mud entrance areas, but mostly I hope you have many happy memories in your Beautiful New Kitchen! Kelli Nunnally Design/Sales"

"[Member Name Removed] & [Member Name Removed], Thank you for the very positive review. We really enjoyed working with you on this whole house renovation project. From the kitchen, to the baths, home office, laundry, and closets, your project required a lot of attention to the details. Your choices in design, style, and finish selections all came together very nicely to create warm, functional, and inviting spaces. Again, we appreciate your confidence in allowing us the opportunity work on this important project. David Clugston President"
"[Member Name Removed], Thanks so much for this review! I so enjoyed working with you and your sister on both projects. I am especially happy for the serendipitous moment when we had to remove the little wing wall beside the storage cabinet instead of just the area around the door. It truly opened up the bath even more! I am a little sad that we have no other areas to remodel in your home. Enjoy your lovely newly-remodeled home and stay in touch! Kelli Nunnally Design/Sales"
"[Member Name Removed] & [Member Name Removed], We very much appreciate the kind review on the two projects we have completed for you. Your kitchen renovation being the first that you allowed us to do, turned out nicely. It really modernized and brightened the space to this important area of your home. Your confidence in our company brought you back for a second project in your hall bath. This to has a completely new look with a large walk-in shower in place of the original tub design. Your finish selections were spot on and created a space that is not only highly functional, but welcoming. Again, thanks for posting some pictures and trusting us with these home renovations. "We completed a major kitchen renovation plus wall repair and painting in several rooms of the home (downstairs and upstairs). To address the dust comment, there was a major amount of drywall work involved, which always creates a large amount of dust. We make every effort to contain as much as possible, however the client was advised that we could not guarantee that it would not filter throughout the home. The kitchen was functional on March 24 with final plumbing. The ceramic tile backsplash was installed on schedule on March 27. This essentially completed 95% of the project. As per our normal procedure, we held a client walk-through April 5th and drafted a client-approved punch list of the warranty items that needed to be completed. The punch list consisted of nine minor electrical, trim and debris removal items. The service calls were scheduled with the client, and all was completed by April 21. The customer was contacted on May 15th for payment of the final balance, and they said there were a few pieces of trim in the basement that needed to be removed. The service call was completed the next day on May 16th. At this point we believed the job to be complete. The customer was contacted by email and telephone messages for final payment. On September 30, we spoke with the customer and were told that the project was complete and that he would mail the final payment. Instead, they sent us a message stating that the job was not complete and left us this unfavorable review. We have been in business for over 40 years and want our clients to be happy. We feel that we diligently completed this project in a timely fashion, that was consistent with the production schedule that we provided. We also feel that we have been responsive in addressing any questions or concerns that the client had with the project. We are happy to address any additional concerns that our client has. We have reached out by email and voice messages, and they have not responded. We ask that he contact us by email or telephone."
Quality of cabinets has been i outstanding. We bought the house new in 1998.
