Mountaineer Kitchens & Baths

We hired Mountaineer to put in a new custom kitchen. Jeff Michael, Tracie, Jamie and the entire crew were excellent to work with. They did not rush us through the design phase, made sure we understood everything well before they started and kept us informed as the project progressed. They worked on our project every day, and if they were not going to come, Jeff told us in advance. Jeff managed the subcontractors, and everything happened as planned. Jeff was truly interested in making sure we got what we wanted and that we were happy with the results. We have been using our new kitchen for roughly 2 months with no issues - it is exactly what we wanted. This is an excellent team, and we will be hiring again when we do our master bath.

They were excellent, professional, helpful and pleasant to work with - in every aspect.  We had always planned to do the install ourselves which we did.  The cabinets still look great and work very well, no chipping, drawers work great.  No problems at all.

Great experience from start to finish. They were very helpful during planning and provided their expertise when we needed it. All the work only took two weeks and two days. During their final inspection, they found a couple of cabinet parts that they were not satisfied with and reordered new ones. They kept work site neat and clean during project. I thought the cost was fair and the quality of the work exceptional. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to others. So nice to be able to support a great local business.

This was my first big (for me at least) remodel project so I had lots of questions and Mike was great about answering them all and giving helpful advice. His team was professional and did a great job. Mike was there to oversee the measurements, install and everything and could not have asked for more help. I would definitely recommend them again, especially Mike!

I don’t remember how much I spent on their services.  I give them top grades across the board.

Mike from Mountaineer Kitchen and Bath worked with us for about a month deciding on replacement kitchen cabinets and hardware.  He personally measured everything to ensure a proper installation and showed us our options of various wood, trim and handles.  He also got us a free replacement sink.  We separately purchased a new kitchen faucet and had it ready for installation as part of the kitchen remodeling.  Mike's crew of two showed up on time and spent about two weeks removing the old cabinets and installing the new.  In the process they relocated the dish washer, installed a new electrical outlet on the end of the island and installed under-cabinet lighting.  Everything fits perfectly and looks great.
