They were the only company that came in with a straight quote which was lower than the others. I took quotes from other companies representatives, who gave a high price which was only good for the night and then later the next day the company called me and said they could lower their representative 's offer by 5,000 dollars, which was a true sign they were out to get you. Homelife on the other hand was honest and upfront through the entire processes. The price was so much lower than others I initially questioned the value and how they could do it. But workers came out when scheduled and listened to my request to put shield and ice barrier on a problem spot under siding so I could avoid a known issue later.

Their quote was almost 10k under the others. Josh explained everything and told why what they were using was the best. We had to wait to have our solar panels removed and he stayed in touch. When they came off, the crew was there in 2 days. And finished same day. Awesome! I highly refer them to anyone.

I am very satisfied with the roofers who installed new shingles on the roof. Except for the damaged pieces of drywall inside and around the old skylight when the new skylight was installed. $200 was deducted from the bill for fixing the drywall. I appreciate this very much. The roofers are friendly and Ned is very patient with me when I asked him many questions. I also appreciated that your service immediately responded on the same day last Thursday after I found the rain water running between gutter and soffit on the part of back of the house. On the same day, the roofers came and adjusted the gutter level. Hope it is fixed. Will need to wait until it rains again and see if it is fixed. I would recommend this business.

Beautiful roof and the workers were courteous and picked up all residual trash. Definitely a must hire company.

You can talk to the President and the Vice-President not many companys you get to do that. They are very reasonable ! The price they gave me for a total tear off and replace roof beat any other contractor. The crew that came out was very nice and professional. The clean-up was great you would have never known they were here. If you have any problems you can talk to the VP and he is on it and gets the problem taken care of right away. If you need any improvement done I would definitely recommend this company!

Found Homelife Remodeling while searching for contractors on Home Advisor. Gregg came to the home for an estimate. Very friendly, thorough and did not "push" for a sale. Based on the warranty and service provided I felt comfortable giving them my business. Roof installers came as expected and did an outstanding job. They answered our questions, talked with our neighbors to make sure they were clear of any debris and cleaned up as if they were never there. We only found ONE nail! Roof looks great. The owner, Ed, has been very responsive to my emails and never left any questions unanswered. For such a big project, I was thoroughly impressed and appreciate the quality service provided. I read other reviews and can say my experience was hassle and stress free from beginning to end. Thanks to Ed, Gregg and Holden!

Did not keep appointment to install roof, two weeks after completion, was not able to get them back to make a repair to the work they just did. Failed to inform me of other issues, just covered it up. Had to hire another roofing company to make repairs on the new roof that Homelife just installed. I do Not Recommend this company, they also failed to give me a copy of the contract, and then charged a 3% fee because we used a credit card. Poor workmanship, poor customer service, poor customer communications. Save your self a headache, call another company, DONT call HomelifeRemodling Inc.

Homelife Remodeling did a great job replacing our roof. The workmen were courteous and hardworking; and we are pleased with the results. Delays in getting the project started were due to unexpected frequent rainy days and outside of Homelife's control. Overall, we are pleased with everything and recommend them for roofing jobs.

The workers were polite and hard working. They stayed until the job was completed. I was very impressed.

My slate roof (from 1943) developed major leaks after a summer of intense rain. I had interviewed two or three other roofing companies before I saw Homelife's TV commercial, and on a whim I called the toll free number. I spoke to a nice lady who was able to schedule an in-home estimate for the very next day. That was impressive enough (all the other roofing companies had me wait a week or two just for an estimator), but when Holden Clark showed up on time the next day and explained the entire roof replacement process to me, methodically and thoroughly, I was even more impressed. What really sealed the deal was when Holden moved heaven and earth to keep the project on a fast track toward completion. Miguel's crew of five hard-working guys showed up on the appointed date and got to work right away. They were extremely efficient and courteous, they protected not just my property but those of my neighbors to my right and left, and after they left, my property was even cleaner than before they showed up. You would've never known anyone had done anything to my house except I had a brand new roof! I really couldn't have asked for better service, from Holden to the crew, from beginning to end, the entire process was professionalism at its best. It rained yesterday and I checked my attic - no leak in sight and everything was shipshape. Of course I know if anything were to go wrong with my roof (not that I expect it), I can always call Homelife and they will take care of it right away.

Poor workmanship. Do not use this company. Too much of a hassle to fix problems.
