Damages moulding and did not replace and did not provide inside to spice cabinet . I have up contacting them.

Overall happy with the cabinet makeover project. However, there were a few issues resulting from the project and only 2 of 3 were addressed by Home Depot. Emailed and called multiple times and gave up after 3 months. They ghosted me.

The communication was great

Overall the job was done very well. Communicating with them was a challenge. But when I did get to the â right people they were helpful. Note: this was started during the Covid related supply chain delay period. Due to shortages it took longer than expected, but I do not blame Home Depot for that, all industries were impacted by these delays.

The cabinets look great.

What a shit show.7 months later and I still do not have the correct pieces. This was a tiny project three months in they did most work only to find defective split doors and missing parts. Three months after that finally new doors, came to install defective hinges. Came 2 weeks later installed that only to find the shelves were the wrong size. I have contacted my sales person. Home Depot shame on you, you should be paying me. Tiny kitchen, God forbid it was large maybe it would be completed in two years. Stay Away.

They were very professional. They came in matched my color to the cabinets perfectly. If you want a big project that involves your kitchen cabinets refacing I highly recommend The Home Depot. I never went to the store everything was done in my house. Great Job.

Work has not been done but as of this writing the experience has been wonderful - professional and great technology. The salesman, Abbi, second to none. The installation team, Renee and Brian amazing. Home Depot brings great purchasing power to the table. Power that helped make this possible for me.
